About: I have had dogs all my life and I’ve always been a dog person. Currently, I have three dogs. I have experience with every size and age of dog. My youngest is 8 months and my oldest is 12 years old. Other than my own dogs, I often watch my family’s and friends’. I would absolutely love to care for your babies! I currently have a flexible schedule. I am available most weekends and weekdays. I’m happy to work with you when you need extra help! I trained all my dogs on walking etiquette. If you need help with that I am more than happy to take the time to do so. In regards to pet sitting, I will communicate with you how you want your dog spending its time in my care. Whether it’s exercise, training, or just feeding and taking them outside, you can count on me.

About: I was a dog owner for 15 years, pet sat for friends and family, volunteered for the ASPCA, and have experience working with a variety of animals, not just cats and dogs. I am currently a part-time substitute teacher so I am free most of the summer and once I begin classes in the fall, I will be available most of the week. I can easily read your pet’s body language & understand if (s)he wants affection right away or needs some space. Leashes will always be used outside and I will scan the ground to make sure your dog doesn’t eat anything (s)he shouldn’t!

About: I have a love for pets. With 48 years experience training pets and caring for pets of all ages, breeds and tempoerments. I have worked with many veterinarians around Kern Country and have extensive background in animal health and care. From the age of 9 to 18 I was involved in 4-H where I won achievement awards and acknowledgement for my handling and caring for pets. I worked in a dog and cat boarding facility for 15 years feeding, cleaning and caring for pets while their owners were away. I have also assisted in pet grooming. About: I’ve taken care of dogs and have had many of my own. I love all breads of dogs, whether they’re big and beautiful or small and cuddly. I lost mine and being able to take care of yours will full my heart. I work and go to school both part time. My daily consists of going to class from 9:30-11 and then to work at 1:30-5:30. I have time before class and the 2 hours between work and class to give love and attention to any little furry friend. About: I am a teacher with extra time to help with any pet sitting - last minute or planned ahead! I am willing to travel to others homes to feed your pets, take them on walks, give them baths or whatever is needed! Over the summer I will have many weekdays and weekends completely open for pet sitting jobs. Beginning mid August, I teach full time in an elementary school 8-3:30. Whatever your safety rules are, I will adhere to. Having taken care of babies as well for many years, I have a high sense of safety when someone's precious cargo is in my hands.

About: I’ve been the family baby/dog sitter since I was 13! My whole family have always had pets and relied on me to take care of them! I’ve also taken care of my neighbors dog for several years enthusiastically. I’ve always found dogs to be the closest comfort, which is a reason to trust me. I’m fully available four days of the week and I always have time to spend with your fur friends before and after work. In my home, I occasionally use a crate for my german shepherd, most of the time he is loose. He’s gotten accustomed to sleeping on my bed or my parent’s bedroom and we feed him early in the morning. Following his morning meal is a long walk. We make sure he’s well groomed with daily brushing and a wash once a week. Levi has allergies so we make sure to always apply topical remedies and purchase a high quality kind of dog food.

About: I began to offer pet-sitting to friends and family just for some dog breath and tail wags in my life after my dog passed away. A family member told me about Rover and - here I am! I know how important pets are to the families they love and how important it is to have peace of mind that they are in good hands while you're away. I will ensure that your fur baby has all that they need while they wait on their favorite human/s to come home. I've taken care of a dogs for most of my life. My childhood dog was one of my best friends. We would play together for hours and I was responsible to feed, bathe, and clean up after him. He loved belly rubs and going with us on family walks. When the neighbor's dogs broke through the fence and attacked him, I was the one who flushed and cleaned his wounds, changed his bandages, and nursed him back to health after he came home from the vet. He became diabetic when he grew old and I gave him his insulin shots. I also had an outdoor cat, and pet sat for a neighbor who had an iguana, fish, water turtles, and cockatiels. As an adult, I adopted a pit-mix rescue and we enjoyed obedience training, going to the dog park, car rides for a pup cup, going for walks, and playing tug-of-war. Last year, he was diagnosed with an oral tumor and he needed lots of extra care during his last months. He needed medication 3 times a day, a specialized diet when it became difficult for him to eat kibble, and eventually hand-feeding for him to be able to eat at all. He passed away 14 years old. I wouldn't trade one minute. I'm currently working part-time in the morning and would love to spend my afternoons with animals. If you need someone to care for your pet mid-day, we're the perfect match. I provide care where your pet feels safest - in their own home environment. Please leave me detailed instructions so I know where to find their food and food bowl, leash, toys, medications, etc. If you have spacial boundaries for your pet such as not being allowed on the couch or bed, in specific rooms, or if they are outside-dog only, etc., please let me know so I can respect and enforce those boundaries.

About: I have received the Elanco Veterinary Medical Applications Certification so I have experience in animal anatomy and physiology, animal welfare and behavior, veterinary medical practices, and more. I can give shots and any medications, I had experience as an intern at Cooke's Veterinary Hospital. I am committed to giving your pets the best care possible! I have a pretty much free summer with lots of time to take care of your pets and will even be able to take care of them in the fall with school! I can take care of your pets from the comfort of their own place, whether they need to be inside or outside, crated or free roaming!

About: My experience ranges from newborn to senior care. Family has trusted me to care for their dogs and cats while on vacations. I currently am a mama to two 7 month old kittens, after my labrador mix passed away in July. I currently work full-time for the school district, but I am available in the evenings and weekends. I will be available full-time during the summer months of June, July, and half of August. Also available full-time during school breaks such as Spring Break and the 2 weeks of Winter Break. About: I have taken care of dogs ever since I was a little girl. I grew up taking care of my dogs and my dad and mom have always taught me how to care and take care of my pets. When I was around 10 years old I started walking my neighbors dog and dog sitting when they went out of town. I also pet sit for the people I used to nanny for when they went on vacations.
