Frances C.

“Frances was a wonderful sitter and we would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy person to care for your pets. Frances was great at keeping in touch with us and sent us the perfect number of updates on Abbey the dog. Abbey can get a little 'Eeyore-y' when we're away but Frances was super patient with her and just let her be her usual sleepy self. It was such a relief knowing someone responsible was watching Abbey. It allowed us to actually enjoy our weekend, stress free. We would happily recommend Frances to any other person looking for a housesitter/walker/animal friend. She was fantastic!”

Matthew C.

“Matt stayed at our house to watch our foster dog for a weekend, and I believe he may have provided her with the best weekend of her life. He took her to the park, to The Pearl, on a ton of walks, helped with her training, and played with her in the yard a ton. He sent lots of photos and gave us the peace of mind we needed to enjoy a weekend away. The house was tidier than when we left it. Would definitely recommend Matt in the future for all Rover services. He was great!”

Ashley R.
“Ashley was the sweetest! If I send her a message last minute she is almost always available! My dogs always run to her when they see her. She has been doing this for our family for around 3 years now! She’s super friendly & understanding with all of our pets! I loved that she joined Rover so you all can experience the same relief it feels to leave my dogs with Ashley!”

Mackenzie H.

“I'm so thankful for Mackenzi! She was able to step-in to house sit my dog last minute after another Rover house sitter cancelled on their booking halfway through providing their house-sitting booking. Mackenzie provided the care and followed the schedule agreed upon for my dog. I have already booked Mackenzie again for another house-sitting booking and would highly recommend her to anyone needing a house-sitter for their pet.”

About: As a former middle school educator, I understand that patience and love are key to any interaction. I’ve grown up with pets since I was 8 years old, and I’ve formally dog walked friends and families pets for five years. I keep in touch with all of them as if they were my own. I believe dogs deserve all of the love, patience, and fun. I have experience with small to medium dogs the most, but have also built meaningful relationships with larger dogs. This includes bathing, walking, feeding (and hand feeding), snuggling, and more. My current longest client is 4 years strong and I have even taken them to vet appointments as well as helped the owners research and find the best pet insurance for them. I have also experienced losing a loved dog and know the pain it brings; this reminds me to always give everything I can when in the presence of your fur baby. Whether your baby requires a little more attention or just needs a simple check in, I am here to help and follow your guidelines! BOARDING AND DAYCARE REQUESTS: if you book boarding or daycare in my home, please know I will not have any other pet around. I want to ensure top safety and that your pet receives 100% of my attention. I currently work full time but I am available almost all weekday evenings, weekends, and holidays (except Christmas and NY). I live in an apartment but it is located in a large park with plenty of exercise space and greenery. I will make sure your baby can still receive their exercise and potty time safely! Note to clients further than 12 miles: A $10 travel fee will be added for mileage/gas if you are located farther than 12 miles. When you schedule me, I’ll have plenty of time to be with your fur baby! Please be specific about their needs and yours. I will gladly follow up with any questions to ensure my service is to highest standards. Safety and trust are the utmost priority. While I do have experience with reactive dogs, I truly believe that specific boundaries and safety measures vary on a case by case basis. I will happily review your dogs profile and speak to you to ensure a safe plan is in place before our visit!

Erica J.

“She was an absolute gem. I had a last minute trip planned, and I had to make arrangements for my two high maintenance dogs. Erica house sat for me last minute and did amazing with my two huskies. When I got home, my huskies were tired (that’s an impressive feat on its own), and my house was clean of husky dust. She definitely didn’t have to sweep and whatnot but she did! I would book her again in a heartbeat.”

Sarah V.

“Sarah stayed at my apartment with Troy over a long weekend while I was out of town. She kept me updated throughout the weekend and took great care of Troy. I would definitely recommend her to care for your pups.”

Amanda C.

“This was the first time we had ever used Rover. We booked Amanda to take care of our 2 dogs and 2 cats in the home. She was OUTSTANDING! She kept us informed through texts, e-mails, and pictures the whole time we were gone. One of our dogs was unsure at first, but Amanda quickly won him over! We've already booked her for our next vacation. We would highly recommend her for anyone wanting the best care for their fur babies.”

Rebecca M.

“If I could give Rebecca 100000 stars, I would. She went absolutely above and beyond for my senior dog, giving him all the love I could have asked for. Thank you Rebecca, you're amazing and I love the little report card and picture you left of Cooper.”

About: I’m an animal type person, growing up I had 6 big dogs. I also pet sit for family and friends when they are out and about. I currently work full time during the week days and off on the weekends, I would like to spend my off time playing and taking care of some doggies. I take really great care of my own or anyone else’s pets, I give them all the love that they need. I play and nurture them as much as they need.

Sarah L.

“Sarah was Awesome! She was very accommodating. We had never used the Rover app and had never done anything like this before. Our plans had fell through for our doggies being watched and this was all last minute as we were in a bind for Thanksgiving holidays. Sarah was available, very helpful and expeditious in meeting with us last minute and watching our girls. She took great care of our dogs and our home too. She kept us updated with pictures of our girls. I would recommend her as well as use her again!😃👏🏼”

Ciria V.

“Ciria is absolutely incredible! She is very communicative, sweet, and reliable. I appreciate how she always keeps me updated on the kitties. Better yet, she has fun with them by giving treats, playing, and dressing them up. We came home to happy, healthy, well-loved kitties which is all you can ask for. Thank you Ciria!!”

Calista M.
About: I grew up with small dogs, Bob the Pom-Yorkie is 16 and going strong! My sweet girl Indi is three and has taught me so much about how regular walks, watching body language, and building trust improve a dogs life. I’ve done 9 months of personnel dog training so I’m happy to keep up your dogs training or work on new tricks (not a professional trainer). I’ve watched dogs of all sizes and love learning about each dogs unique personality. I am currently a full time student so I have tons of availability for daily walks, house sitting, or just checking in on your furry friend. I am very alert when walking dogs and will never put your dog in a situation they or I am uncomfortable with. If they have a regular route they love to take, let me know! I will respect your home like my own and make sure any house rules for your pets are kept while I am there.
