“Alexxis is amazing! She’s on time, reliable, and wonderful with my pup. She’s been great when I’ve needed a quick schedule change or with any special needs my dog has. She’s the best”

“Averi was very easy to work with. She is flexible and understanding. When I booked her for four-days, then had to cancel due to a change in circumstances, she immediately responded and helped process the refund. The one day that she took our dogs out for a walk, she walked them for a mile, ensured they had food and water, and she even helped mop up their accidents. When we came home to greet our dogs, they were much calmer than normal. I believe this is due to the time, attention, and care that Averi put into her duties. If we ever need a dog-walker, again, in the future, we will consider Averi first!”

“Janyl was wonderful with my dog Joy. She was always on time and left detail messages along with several pictures after each time she walked Joy. I would use Janyl again”

“Ally spent the better part of two months walking my dog while I was balancing work and school. She has been extremely reliable and maintains good communication when she is with my dog. My dog and I absolutely adore her and she is going to be my go to whenever I need my animals to be watched!”

About: I’ve had dogs and taken care of dogs majority of my life. From miniature poodle to German Shepard. I treat our furry friends like family. I currently am a registered nurse who works nights shift. My schedule is all over the place at times but I do get it about a month in advance. I’m part time which means 64 hours bi-weekly I don’t force the pets to like me. I let them come to me otherwise I believe it can be traumatic. I do tend to have treats to gain their trust.

About: Hi, I’m Emily. I grew up with all kinds of pets and have always had animals in my life, so taking care of them just comes naturally to me. I’m starting school for radiology in September, so my schedule is pretty open right now and I’d love to help however I can. I’ve taken care of pets for family, friends, and neighbors for years, and I genuinely love being around animals. I’m reliable, patient, and careful to follow any instructions exactly as given. I’m comfortable with dogs and cats of all sizes and personalities—whether they’re energetic, shy, or need a little extra care. I’m also respectful of your space and always aim to leave your home just as I found it. Communication is important to me, and I’ll always keep you updated so you feel at ease while you’re away. I have a very flexible schedule right now with full availability during the week and weekends, which allows me to focus on providing reliable pet care. Once I begin school this fall, I’ll continue to offer care on evenings and weekends. Whether it’s a quick drop-in or some one-on-one attention, I’m happy to help when you need it. I know how important it is to feel confident leaving your pets in someone else’s care. I’m a pet owner myself and have animals at home, so I truly understand how much they mean to you. I always make sure your pets feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while you’re away. I follow instructions carefully, stick to routines, and treat every pet like they’re my own. I’m also respectful of your home and aim to make the whole process as easy and stress-free as possible for both you and your pets.

About: I have cared for my friends and families pets for over 6 years now and I've never had a bad experience. I love the experience of watching pets. I work full time and my partner works part-time. Between the both of us we have more than enough time to watch over some beautiful babies. I have a fenced yard and two friendly dogs to keep your pets company. I treat every pet as if they were my own no matter the circumstances.

About: Hi, I'm Emily and animals have been at the heart and center of my entire life. Animals bring quality and enrichment to our lives and I like to give that back in return. I've been fortunate to have animals since I was a little girl, from Turtles, pocket pets, to cats, dogs, goats, horses and even a cow! In a professional capacity, I was a veterinary technician for over 8 years, providing emergency and routine care, for both large and small animals. I have cared for cats, dogs, chickens, cows, horses, and donkeys while owners were away for about the past 10 years. The last 4 years, I have been active in kennel clubs, taking classes and learning about dog training. My dogs have earned several AKC titles in the last few years. I plan to continue learning about dog behavior and training. I am currently taking clients for drop in visits and walks. Drop in visits will be tailored to your pet's specific needs, providing potty breaks, fresh food/water, cleaning, comfort, & play. Walks provide physical and mental stimulation, companionship, basic skills and play. I am currently homeschooling my son so I am more flexible in my day-to-day hours. Safety is of utmost importance. I am committed to your pet's mental, physical health, and safety overall. I will take care as I do my own. I recognize that each animal has its own personality, some are outgoing, some are shy. I will allow them to be who they are so that they can feel safe in my presence. I will communicate with you based on your preference. I can provide reports at the conclusion of each check-in or end of day, also happy to send photos if your pet is comfortable with that.

About: I grew up on a farm in Reseda, CA with as many as 9 dogs at 1 time and also goats, bunnies, guinea pigs, hamsters. I had 3 dogs as an adult but they have all since passed away at the ages of 16, 16 and 17 so yes I take very good of my animals. I currently have 2 cats, Sydnee and Maycee who are 1.5. I hope to get another dog someday but until then, I hope to take care of and love your dogs like they are my own. I have a flexible schedule and I am available during the day for walks/feeding and or evenings/weekends for vacation pet sitting on pretty short notice. I can provide loving care of your fur babies in your home and treat them like my own. You can always trust that they are in good hands.

About: I have had dogs in my home since I was a small child. I also have been through several advanced training cycles with my own dog, Maple. I am available most any time of day for walking services and drop ins. I will also walk my own dog with yours if you would like for companionship and socialization. She is a great role model for walking. My dog is my whole world and I will treat yours as my own! Their happiness and safety will my top priority the entire time they are with me.

About: We love to play fetch. Go on walks and the companionship of having a pet here. We have a doggy door in our home that leads outside to a porch then to a sizable back yard. I have been through dog obedience training with previous dogs. We currently do have 2 puppies . We would like the company of watching your dogs while you are away. We are willing to bend on the furniture if you allow them on yours. We are willing to keep the same rules you have in your home as not to interfere with your training. We are very good with dogs. Our home is very pet friendly. We will play and love your pets as if they were our own. We do exercise before and after work. Our pups are very playful also so they will play hard. We have many toys to play with. They will be with us at all times. If we are at work I have a divider between the living room and kitchen to separate them.

About: My mom raised my brothers and I with animals since the day we were born. I’ve learned to take care of many pets growing up from our own family pets, my friends pets, and my neighbors. I’ve done everything there is…cleaned throw up, walked the animals, cleaned litter boxes, and played ball.. and I’ve loved every second of all of it! (maybe i don’t LOVE the throw up LOL) I was in elementary school when I learned to take care of animals as a part of a daily routine. My mother and I took turns waking up early to let the dogs out or walk them around our block. Even now while I’m home from college, I help walk, feed, and play with my dog while my mom works extra hours at her job. I am respectful of other households having dog-sat for family or friends before. I love playing with animals and making sure they feel loved in their homes or when I’m walking them.

As well as a groomers assistant I use to help out at a petstore when I was younger so I know a lot about different pet care for small critters. And I have a love for all animals including furry, scaley and feathered friends. Nothing scares me off all creatures are uniquely wonderful and all deserve love and proper care. Ashley P.
“I have known Ashley for a long time and know she has grown up her entire life caring for animals. I have watched her treat animals properly and respectfully giving them the exact care that they need. She is very patient with any animal and is willing to do anything to protect any animal even if it is not her own. She also has history of introducing new animals to one another in the same household showing her patience and willingness to work with animals, especially if said animals need time to get along with one another. I greatly recommend Ashley as a pet caregiver.”

Emily M.
“I highly recommend Emily as a pet sitter. She was able to watch our dogs while we were out of town. We have 4 dogs, so it was quite a lot to ask of one dog sitter! She was willing to come over and meet the dogs and let me show her how to let them in and out, feed them, etc. before we left. Emily went above and beyond as she spent lots of time with them and even sent pictures of our fur babies getting lots of cuddles throughout our vacation so we knew that it was going well. Emily is trustworthy, responsible and caring. We would definitely hire her again!”

Tyler M.
“Tyler went above and beyond for my two dogs ! He made sure I was updated every visit and provided plenty of pictures thank you again tyler!”

Allison C.
“Our family highly recommends Allison for all your pets needs! She has a wealth of knowledge and understanding of all our animals very quickly. Our family has a pitbull, who absolute loves her and is all wiggles for her. He actually jumped into the tub for when the word bath was mentioned, he’s never done this for us! We also have 2 cats, one of which normally prefers to greet men only, Allison is her only exception! When we go on vacation, Ally is our go to sitter because we know she will love and care for our animals wholeheartedly. This includes our free range chickens😁 Our daughter brought home a frog from a school lesson, 4 years into it with sports and homework, it proved to be to much for her to keep the tank clean. Allison happily adopted the frog and its living its best life with Allison and his other “roommates”. We find ourselves asking Ally questions about our animals frequently. Her knowledge and compassion are truly remarkable! If you’re in need of a pet sitter/walker in the Rome, NY area, Allison should be your first call!”
