About: I grew up with dogs and recently owned 2 rescued dogs. I have land around my home and access to a wooded area with trails for longer walks. I am comfortable with caring for dogs in any facet. I am a teacher and I am looking for summer work. I am free every day until late August. I am willing to walk your dog in your neighborhood or board a dog over night. I have a stake in my yard for when my daughter visits with her 35 lb. Dog. Previous bigger dogs were walked on a leash at all times. I usually walk my dogs 1-2x daily for up to a 1/2 hour.

I work from home full time monday through friday so I am able to take care of pets any day of the week. I have two dogs of my own that go out regularly all day. About: I’ve always been an animal lover. When I was a child I had all sorts of different pets. I had fish, hamsters, gerbils, lizards and rabbits. When I got older I had a family dog named Lulu who I helped house brake and train as a pup when I was in high school. When I became an adult I adopted my dog Weston who I’ve had and trained since he was an eight week old puppy. I’m very confident in my ability to help house train your young dog if need be. I understand how much stimulation and exercise they require. I’m happy to provide that through long walks, trips to the dog park and general outings. I have lots of chew toys around and ways to keep feisty puppies occupied. I’ve fostered cats as well as taken care of neighbors’ kittens including providing feedings and litter box cleaning when necessary. I’ve always wanted to have a parrot as a pet so if you have birds that need care I’d appreciate the opportunity to come help out and learn more about them :). I’m currently a full time pet sitter. I have a dog of my own as well. I will be available all hours of the day and night to care for your animal(s).
