About: I've always loved animals but didn't have the space to care for one of my own, until recently, so my interactions have mostly been through other's animals. In high school I was an animal science major and volunteered at doggy daycares. Then in college I studied basic canine care and training where I got experience in training different dogs. I was born and raised on a dairy farm in upstate NY where I have helped train and raised many different kinds of animals including horses, cows, dogs, pigs, bunnies, cats, goats, and more. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
