About: What sets me apart from other sitters is my ability to adapt care to each pet’s unique needs. I have experience with both puppy training—helping with consistency, basic commands, and routines—as well as senior pet care, including administering medication and providing gentle support for mobility. I focus on creating a safe, loving, and reliable environment so pets feel comfortable and cared for when their families are away. Pet care is a natural part of my daily routine. I already structure my days around feeding, walking, playtime, and companionship, so adding pet sitting fits in seamlessly. Whether it’s daily exercise, regular check-ins, or extra attention for puppies and seniors, I enjoy building pet care into my schedule as a consistent and rewarding part of my week. In my client’s home, I follow their pets’ normal routines as closely as possible—feeding on schedule, daily walks or playtime, and keeping their environment safe and comfortable. About: I have taken care of animals my entire life. Including gerbils, hamsters, guinea pigs, bunnies, fish, birds, dogs, cats, and assisted with goats, donkeys, horses. I have prior pet sitting experience. My Mother owned a pet sitting business in the early 2000's, I assisted her. She has since retired and is from the Sykesville/Eldersburg area...farmland area more or so back then...many things have changed. She taught me to love all animals, even if they're grouchy...look for that light that's inside them...love that. Cat parents...we had barn cats...Spanky and Cleo, the occasional stray that decided to call are farm home. We had heated and a/c controlled tack rooms. Both cats were adopted from shelters and lived 10 plus years. They had free roam with the horses...goats...donkeys...and neighbors dog Bailey...very well loved. I do know that cats are particular with who they accept/like. Sometimes it takes time. But it's important to pay attention to them and their body language. I respect that. I have plenty of time to help take care of pets. Whether it's daily visits or vacations, it's important to know your furry, scaled, or feather babies are in good hands. Depending on your pets needs, I love petting and giving cuddles to animals. I am comfortable changing rodent and bird cages, or different needs for individual pets. Just an update since I have been on Rover...I have lost both my dogs, Diesel 12/21 and Riley 2/23, Diesel was a rescue pup that we adopted at 6 months old. Riley was from a private home. They were together from 6 and 9 months old and were my best friends. I miss them dearly and think about them everyday. Diesel was just about 13 years old and Riley was over 14 years old. I am taking a break for a bit from having my own pups, and all the love I have for dogs and any animal will be passed on to any that I take care of. I am available weekdays and weekends. Mornings and evenings, mid day visits as well Monday thru Friday. I communicate my schedule during the meet and greet or prior to booking if there is any conflicts. I treat my clients pets as I would my own. It can be lonely and scary when a pets owner is gone more than normal, they will get lots of love.

About: I’m particularly fond of taking care of the most finicky and quirky pets with care, firmness and patience. Skilled at administering meds, going for long walks and spoiling with treats. I work per diem, so I have a lot of time to spare with your pet! Available for boarding on the weekends anytime after 2pm. I have a cat tower at home that’s strategically placed in front of a birdfeeder attached to the window. It makes for an excellent front row seat for hours of birdwatching.

About: I am an avid dog (and cat!) lover and have had experience working with other various types of animals over the course of the last 12 years! I previously was a dog trainer and have been trained to work with dog aggression and handling anxious dogs. Currently I own one dog and two cats. My dog’s name is Dzeko and he does well with a variety of animals. My three cats are named The Girl and Malenia. I love hiking and running so I can exercise your energetic pup as much as needed! If you have questions or need help with your dog’s behavior we can also discuss training. I currently work Monday through Thursday in the mornings and wrap up around noon, which leaves me with plenty of time in the afternoons and evenings for walks, drop-ins, or just spending time with your pets. My weekends are completely open as well. I intentionally keep my schedule flexible and would love to combine my free time with caring for pets. I’m also available for house sitting, so I can provide more consistent care and keep your pets company throughout the day if needed. I try to keep everything as close to your pet’s normal routine as possible so they feel comfortable and secure while you’re away! I follow all feeding, walking, and care instructions closely, and I’m very attentive to behavior changes or anything that seems off. I’m clean and respectful of your space! I’m also mindful about safety, making sure doors, gates, and any pet specific precautions are always handled properly. I also like to stay in touch and send updates/photos so you can feel at ease knowing your furry friend is happy and well cared for while you’re away!

About: I have grown up with dogs and cats being a part of my family since I was a kid who enjoyed giving extra treats to my grandmother's Chow Chow! I have experience with dog walking and pet sitting for friends and family. I have a pretty open weekly schedule as I am currently between jobs. I also have reliable transportation so getting to your pets will be no problem! I will do everything in my power to make sure your pet feels safe and welcome in my company. If this means extra belly rubs or treats, then I can make that happen!

About: I've been a cat mom for many years and understand their personality and needed care. I've been around dogs of family members and friends too. Would love to help you with your little ones. I'm retired and can fit in most any hour of the day and be flexible. I would only take the days and hours I could honestly fit in without rushing. Currently I am without my own pet as my sweet cat passed away from an unexpected and incurable cancer. Visiting your home, I would respect your pet and home as if they were mine.

Since I could walk down the street, I’ve made house visits for close friends on vacation to feed and play with their animals! I am very friendly and I love meeting new dogs. I love small dogs, big dogs, and any other dogs in between. All I need is to know what to do in order to take care of your furry friend, and I will do my best. I am also very willing to walk your dog one or a couple times throughout the day, making sure they are getting the a dose of the beautiful summer weather! About: I always love being around dogs. I enjoy taking dogs on walks in dog parks and through t neighborhoods. I can do anything when it comes to taking care of dogs. Dog owners will be in good hands. I am working full time but I can make time for what is needed when it comes to taking care of your pet. Working together is a major plus. Currently I live in a home where I’m not allowed to own a pet. When it comes to taking care of pets in a clients home I’m capable of doing pretty much anything.

About: I have owned dogs since I was 15 years old. As an adult, I've had large breed dogs for over 30 years. I spent the past 2.5 years volunteering at the local shelter walking dogs and providing care for all breeds, sizes and ages. I have also fostered dogs from puppies to seniors. I am Fear Free Certified, and it is my passion to help dogs feel loved and at ease. I work mostly from home, teaching online, so I can easily fit daily pet care into my schedule. I am happy to do overnights on weekends as long as I can also make trips home to let my own 2 pups out. I can also board 1 or 2 pets from the same family if they can stay in the same room (separate from my dogs). I have a special room set up for fosters and boarders that comfortably sleeps 1 or 2 small/medium dogs or 1 larger dog. They will be separated from my own pets during their stay, ensuring safety for everyone. The room has open space, a couch, dog bed and a crate if the dog is crate trained. I leave music on for them when I am not at home, and they get at least 3 walks a day. I have a fenced in yard and am active person. I love walking dogs, playing ball or frisbee in the yard and taking my own dogs on hikes or to the park. I also have some training experience and will help your pup to be their best self! If your dog stays in my home, I will accommodate their regular schedule as best I can while also caring for my own pets.
