“Serena was wonderful with Sesame! She was very reliable, friendly and communicative throughout the whole time, and I really appreciated the photo updates that kept me at ease while I was away. Sesame looked happy and well cared for when we returned home. I would definitely book with Serena again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great sitter.”

“Anine was amazing! Pia gives her ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for play and cuddle time. Communication was great, photos were so cute, and, best of all - Pia was relaxed when we returned. Thank you Anine!”

“Nicole is super friendly and carefully followed the detailed instructions we provided! Our two baby cats were very well cared for while we were away. Boba instantly became her lap cat on the first day, while Nicole showed wonderful patience with Cauli, who takes a bit more time to warm up to new faces. All in all, you can trust Nicole with your furry babies without a doubt. We would definitely rehire her for our future trips!”

“Hanaya watched my cat over a long weekend. She arrived on time for each sitting and let me know when my cat had an issue and she swiftly handled it. She also responded to texts very quickly. Thank you Hanaya!”

“I highly recommend Daniela! My cat (who is afraid of most strangers) loved her, and Daniela was extremely responsible with her drop-ins and communicative throughout the week. I will definitely book Daniela again for future trips!”

“We’re so grateful to Claudia for taking such great care of Luna and Beanie while we were away! She did an amazing job not only spending time with them but also keeping everything clean and tidy. One of the cats had an accident outside the litter box, which I was a bit worried about, but Claudia took care of it right away and reassured us that everything was fine. It really gave us peace of mind knowing they were in such good hands. Thank you, Claudia, for treating our cats and our home with such care!”

About: I'm from Colombia, and there I had different pets that my family and I rescued through the course of 12 years, birds, parrots, iguanas, cats, dogs. I moved in 2018 to the US., lived basically a year in a pet free environment and couldn't make it longer like that. Because of that, my husband and I went to Colombia, got my two dogs that were with my family, Arya & Kathy (AKA the girls) and brought them with us to the US. And they come with us everywhere that they are allowed! Teaching things to the girls, playing with them, going for walks (and spoiling them a little) is a big part of our lives, and I can surely say that your pet would love being with us because he/she/they would certainly feel part of our family! <3 I'm currently a full time photographer, I edit and do social media management from home, so I'm basically around most of the time, if I have to go out for a shoot it won't be longer than 3 hours, and if it is a big event - it would more likely to be at night or the weekend when my husband is home. He works full time, some days at home, some others at the lab. We live in an apartment and have a huge terrace, there we have a pee-potty station for the girls for when it's too cold or rainy and it's hard to go for a walk! - I am a morning rooster, get up at 5 am, let the girls out or take them out for a walk around our building, offer them breakfast and with hubby start getting ready for work. I stay home and take them out every 3 hours, then a longer walk at noon before lunch and another long walk when hubby comes back from work around 6pm, then we offer the girls dinner. During the day, I need to take short breaks for my eyes and hands, and I use that time to decompress playing with the girls (+ your fur baby), and after our dinner and chatting about our day we all cuddle on the couch or play with the craziest squeaky toys haha! We have a big dog safe terrace, and two fur babies to keep your dog(s) company when they board with us! We don't really crate the girls, instead we have a metallic foldable gate that we set when we both are out so they don't feel the anxiety of been close to the door, but instead they get to be on their space with beds, bowls, & the living room (couch and puff chair) for them to hangout! When I'm home (the 80% of the time) they can walk around the whole apartment, join me on the couch or my office set up or just chill on their beds. We also have a dog spa in our building that allow us to shower, dry and groom them easier and faster in case your baby is in need of one! When dog sitting, I'll make sure to follow your instructions and to help your baby not feel alone!

“Cassidy was amazing!! I needed someone to check on my cat while I was out of the country. It was such a relief knowing that Cassidy was keeping an eye on everything and giving Katniss plenty of attention while I was away. She kept me updated everyday and was super accessible for communicating about a few questions that came up while I was gone. I would not hesitate to ask Cassidy to watch my cat again, or any other pets for that matter! Highly recommend!”

“Stefanie was amazing! Always kept me updated and was so communicative. My kitty cat loved her and I would absolutely recommend her in the future! An amazing sitter.”

“She is absolutely amazing!! Highly recommended. Sweet, gentle, and extremely attentive. She watched our sweet Donatello (domestic long haired cat while we were away).”

“Thanks Katie for taking excellent care of our cats! You get big kudos for getting a photo of our VERY shy kitty. Thank you for making it through the snow to make sure they got fed too! We'd love for you to come back when our kitties need you again.”

“This was our second time asking Ruby to take care of our cat, and just like the first time, everything went perfectly. Ruby sent us a detailed report and photo every day. Our cat Shery was well-fed, petted, and clearly comfortable in Ruby’s care. The litter box and feeding area were always clean. It’s such a relief to know Shery is in good hands when we’re away. Highly recommend!”

“Leca is a wonderful cat sitter! She followed all of our instructions, was very communicative, and took great care of our cat and our home! Despite our cat being very shy, she very quickly felt at ease and warmed up to Leca. We highly recommend her services!”

“First time Rover user here. My wife and I were hesitant about using the service, since we have always had pet sitters recommended by friends/family. I couldn't be more happy with taking the leap here. Sarah is one of the most caring and knowledgable people when it comes to pets, that we have ever met. From her suggestion to waiting until a few days before we left to meet (to ensure Billy, our cat, would remember her), to food recommendations; Sarah made us feel confident that we were leaving him in caring hand. We were away for a week, international. Every day we would receive a text and report on Billy and his progress with getting to know and hang out with Sarah. Mind you, it is cat, so they can be a bit shy. This was not the case with Sarah. Billy warmed up to her very quickly, and the daily pictures helped confirm that he was not missing us too much. :) A short review cannot do Sarah justice. She is an absolute blessing when it comes to caring for pets. Her compassion and knowledge is amazing. We wish we had more thumbs up to give, so we will be giving 4 thumbs and 2 paws UP!”

maria alexandra v.
“I do not think it is an exaggeration to say that Maria loves dogs more than kiddos - and this is a woman who has been hailed as a phenomenal nanny by several families over the last several years. Many people will ask to pet new dogs that they meet, but Maria truly falls in love with every single one. In fact this is true of all animals, but she does have a special place in her heart for doggos. I probably do not have space to write all the stories I could about this part of her life, but here are a few. In addition to the dogs she has cared for while nannying (5 in total), she has had no less than 4 dogs of her own. She has raised newborn puppies, and she has rescued dogs (and cats) that she found abandoned in the street, or that were left by families that could no longer care for them. In fact just the other day she turned the car around when she believed she saw a dog being tied to a pole on the side of the road, but thankfully the owner was only taking a rest and did stay with the animal the entire time. Maria is from Colombia, which has a complicated dog culture. There is an abundance of dogs throughout the country, but they are not always well cared for, and many end up as strays. I personally witnessed her nurture a hungry stray dog while staying at a fancy resort. While the proprietors tried to shoo the animal, thinking it was being bothersome, Maria was actually encouraging the dog to approach. She then calmed him into trusting her so that she could give him some food and water, and he later followed us to our cabana and slept outside. We currently have two dogs in our family, and if I didn’t see it with my own eyes every day, I would not believe two dogs could ever be this happy and comfortable. She does not simply provide them food and water. She rolls around and plays with them whenever they bring her one of their favorite toys, and she lays down with them on whatever surface of the house suits them in the moment. They have so many choices, with 3 beds of their own, a comfy couch and ottoman, and even occasionally our own bed. She bathes them, grooms them, cleans their teeth, and even paints their nails (yes really!). To them, I may be one of their “humans”, but she is truly a part of their pack. Arya, Kathy (our mini French poodles), and Maria would love a chance to share their love with the special furry member of your family, and I promise they will be so very well cared for!!”
