Highly recommend! Ozlem did a great job caring for our senior dog, who can be challenging at times and has a fairly specific routine. She was responsible, responsive, and communicative throughout the stay. She made sure he received all of his medications and was very understanding of the setup and accommodations we have in place for him. It gave us peace of mind knowing he was in good hands. Sean was great to work with. He was willing to come by for two visits before my trip to get to know my dogs. During his stay he kept me up to date daily without having to be prompted. I especially appreciated the comprehensive updates, detailing how the dogs were doing as well as how they were bonding with him.
