“Jeanette took such great care of my fur child! This was my first time using Rover, so I was a bit nervous. However, she took the time to walk me through and do a meet up before I booked my reservation. Her dog Oreo is so sweet and got along with Sahara just fine. She would also send periodic pictures and text updates. Sahara returned super relaxed and calm. This let’s me know she felt safe with Jeanette. We are SO excited to have found a new permanent sitter for our babies! 🥹❤️ Usually when you go on vacation, you miss your dogs like crazy, but this time I genuinely felt at ease. Mafalda sent so many pictures and updates that I felt like I was right there with them! She took them out, gave them plenty of attention, and made sure they had lots of interaction with both people and other pets. After having a couple of not-so-great experiences on this app, finding someone this amazing means so much. Laura and Pipe where the embodiment of love and care towards my baby girl, Sarabi. They even set time aside to meet her so she may get along with them before the stay. They played with her, fed her and treated her like a queen. She will be seeing them once more for sure!

I had such an amazing experience with Maria D. as my dog sitter! ❤️ She was absolutely wonderful with my puppy and kept me updated every step of the way. She constantly sent me photos and videos, which gave me so much peace of mind and made me feel like I was right there with them. I had a really bad experience with a previous sitter where my dog actually went missing on the first day of babysitting and was gone for 24 hours. 😔 Because of that experience, I was honestly nervous about trusting someone with my puppy again. But Maria completely changed that experience for me. She was caring, responsible, attentive, and made sure I always knew how my puppy was doing. Her home was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and she was so friendly and welcoming. Zelda’s second stay with Kelly was just as great as the first one. She was even excited in the car as we were showing up to drop her off which is always a great sign! Kelly and her family are top notch and attentive and we will definitely be using her services again.
Absolutely spectacular. Truly one of a kind. Everything was perfect from start to finish, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. My dog and cat were incredibly well cared for, the communication was excellent, the house was immaculate, and I came home to two very happy animals. It’s rare to find someone this responsible, thoughtful, trustworthy, and genuinely great with animals. I hope this review gets them a ton more business because they absolutely deserve it. I would recommend them without hesitation and will 100% use them again. An absolute gem.
Sandra took wonderful care of Mylo and Willow during their three-week stay. She kept me updated with pictures and videos, was very attentive to Willow’s needs as an older dog, and both dogs seemed happy and relaxed when I picked them up. I would definitely trust Sandra with them again. Thank you!

If I could give Adriana 10 stars I would. She took care of my XL senior american bulldog with the same care and attention as I would. She sent multiple pictures every day, gave him plenty of social time and outside time, and I could not recommend her enough. When I picked him up he looked like he wanted to stay!!!! The truest sign that he was being given lots of love and attention :-)
Felipe and his wife were absolutely incredible!! I couldn’t have asked for a more communicative and thoughtful pair. I was constantly updated with photos and I really felt safe with my babies being with them. A huge bonus is the fact that they have a fenced backyard so the dogs could go out and get some exercise. I would absolutely recommend.
