I volunteer for the Humane Society as a dog foster parent for both puppies and medically fragile dogs. I have passed Intermediate dog training with our dog. I have 17 years experience with dogs of all breeds. I can administer medication and assist with dog training or just cuddle and play with your pup, whatever you prefer. I have tons of dog toys so all you need to bring is your pup's favorite food, bowl and bed to make them comfortable. I can only accommodate dogs that are friendly with other dogs. I have a fenced in yard and my own friendly dog to keep your doggie company. I have a large living room with lots of room to play and 15 year old daughter who likes to spoil dogs with playtime and treats.

Petra was very attentive to our dog Lucy! She was very organized, sent lots of updates, and was able to get Lucy to take her meds even when she didn’t like some of them! Highly recommend her to take care of your pets! Her dogs Cookie and Yuri were also very sweet and got along fine with my 15 year old dog!
Petra sent daily photos of our lab. He seemed to enjoy his stay and playing with Petra's dogs. I felt confident leaving our dog with Petra and grateful for the daily updates.
It was our first time having anyone watch our new pup, Rocco, and immediately felt comfortable when we met Petra. She was so nice, and very clearly loves animals. She made Rocco feel at home and made us feel at ease. She was very communicative throughout Rocco’s stay, sending multiple picture/video updates showing he was having fun with her two dogs. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy dog watcher you can rely on!

Schedule
I am currently available and can attend to your pup 100%. My husband is home most days as well so we make a great team in both short and longer term stays.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a large fenced back yard and two friendly dogs to keep your pup company. Dogs are roaming free and are allowed on furniture. I will adhere to your instructions as far as feeding and medication.

A typical day
We will play in our backyard or hang out by the pool when it’s not too hot usually mornings and late afternoons. During mid day heat, I have indoors brain games to keep your pet busy and we can work on basic obedience as well. Tons of snuggles and kisses will be provided by the entire family.
