About: Ive been taking care of dogs since I was 12 years old, as well as having a black lab of my own. I have a lot of experience with puppies, seniors, special needs dogs, and special services or attention any furry babe might need (such as medications, allergies, and injection treatments) I currently work part time and work from home, and do my schoolwork online so my schedule is very flexible to meet your pets needs and schedule. About: I’ve been around pets for most of my life. I had two cats for over 10 years, and I also have plenty of experience spending time with and caring for my sister’s dog. I genuinely love animals and feel comfortable around both cats and dogs. I’m patient, attentive, and good at understanding each pet’s personality and earning their trust. I always make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for. Right now, I have a very flexible schedule because I’m not working a full-time job, so pet care fits easily into my daily routine. I’m available for walks, drop-ins, feeding, playtime, and spending quality time with pets throughout the week. I’m very careful, responsible, and attentive when caring for pets. I always make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and relaxed in their environment. I’m friendly and patient, and I take every pet’s routine and needs seriously. About: Over the years I have cared for a variety of animals, including domestic, exotic, and livestock. Friends and family have trusted me to care for their medically needy animals over the past decade and I am now opening that service up to Rover. I'm not a vet tech but I am comfortable and experienced administering a variety of medical treatments like insulin injections, pill regiments, eye drops/skin ointments, and subq fluids. Leaving town with a pet can be stressful, especially one that needs specialized care. I can help. Currently over all I have quite a bit of flexibility with my schedule. I have my own small business that is sporadic gig work on the weekends. Most events last 4 to 6 hours, maximum 8 hours, and not every weekend has events. I prefer to pet sit in the home the pets belong to. I find that with most animals it's incredibly stressful to move them, staying in their home with them minimalizes that stress. It also allows for easier medicine administration. I like to meet the pets and owners ahead of staying with them, this is to again reduce the stress on your pet when I show up without you as well as to observe the quality of care you are administering to your fur babies.
