“I moved to the area recently and was looking for a new kitty sitter. Marianne is phenomenal. I will definitely be using Marianne going forward. She wrote thorough notes on how my kitties were doing for each visit along with pictures and videos. I have full trust in Marianne taking care of my kitties and respecting my home. She even took out our recycling for us. You can tell she is an animal lover and so thoughtful.”

About: I work in a Veterinary office & Paw Spa in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. I am also a dog photographer! I am surrounded by dogs & cats daily and the care that they need will absolutely be my top priority! For 18 years + I have taken care of dogs that need special diets, medications, insulin and eye drops from cataract surgery. My two Cavaliers are Elliott & Walter, they are my family & they also want my attention 24/7! I know how a pet feels when they are not with “their person”… they need to feel comforted & loved. So I talk to them, cuddle them, play, praise them, they get hugs & kisses! I do the same at work, and try to make all dogs checking in feel comfortable, so that they are not nervous while they are getting groomed. *I can also bathe, fluff, nail dremel, shave paw pads, clean ears & do a sanitary trim for an additional $35. My favorite is taking pictures of your pets, I’m happy to send videos and photos daily so that you can see how much fun your pet is having while you relax while you’re away! Your dog should be neutered/spayed, unless a puppy 🐶 be socialized and able to be around others without aggression. Also be friendly with cats 🐈, I have 2! Only “Socialized non-aggressive dogs 20lbs or less”, no pit bulls. Please have pictures and details about your pet on your Rover profile. My employment allows me to come home during my lunch hour to spend time with my dogs, feed them and let them out and play. I am available for small dogs to board in my home. I do have two kitties 🐈⬛ and would want to make sure your dog 🐕 is friendly around felines. I am off work for the weekends. If you prefer your pet stay at their own home, I can do drop- in visits for 30 minutes or 60 minutes. I am privately insured with Pet Care Insurance to care for your pet in my home, or yours. *Please make sure if your pets are staying at my home, that they are caught up on their current vaccinations and flea medication’s. Have you ever taken your dog to a doggy daycare & observed that they are friendly with dogs? That’s the kind of dog that would blend in best with my environment here with my two cavaliers, and I also have 2 cats. I would not take on more than two dogs at a time, so that I can give them enough attention. I have a large fenced in yard where I take my dogs outside to safely play! I also have a smaller fenced in side yard/patio off of my kitchen. I would like to do a meet and greet prior, either at my house or in my yard. I want to make sure everyone is “social & comfortable”. All dogs should be neutered or spayed, except for puppies under 8 months old. 🐶 If your dog has a favorite bed or blanket or toys, please pack those for their pup-vacation!
“Kimmeth is amazing!! I could tell she had Rocky and Rollie’s numbers right away. They were both happy and healthy when I got home, like I had never been gone. She really went above and beyond, I think, and I appreciate her so much. I will definitely ask Kimmeth to take care of them again! I especially loved the way she described her visits, and the great pictures she took. It made me feel like I had nothing to worry about, and as a result I enjoyed my time away so much more. Thank you Kimmeth, and thanks Rover! ❤️”

“Aaron is AWESOME! He came and helped me out big time when I had a sudden emergency stay at the hospital. He went above and beyond with my dog Tank. He took great of him in my absence and I can’t be more appreciative. Truly 5 star!💯”

About: I’ve had dogs since I was a kid and is something I just love. Whenever I go to see a friend who owns a dog, I spend more time with the dog often times! I don’t have any of my own at the moment since my partner has allergies, but being there to dog sit will allow me to spread that love and care with them. I have watched many of my friends dogs overnight or just for the day due to my hybrid schedule - which is wonderful! I work a hybrid role - so I might be able to offer walks during the day on some days of the week. But weekends work best for me to stay over and dog sit (for those traveling or don’t want their dog in someone else’s home). This will help build trust and love with the little ones, while keeping them in the comfort of their own home. I always want to ask, what are the do’s and dont’s since every dog is different. I want to make sure they are able to relax and enjoy the company as much as I would. If I’m able to stay at the sitters home, I will routinely send updates or photos (as desired) and give them peace of mind to know that they’re little ones are safe with me. I absolutely adore dogs and I want to make them as loved as they deserve. If I take them for walks, recap anything that they did to report back to the owner as well.
“Shelby was awesome! She kept us updated throughout our trip to help keep peace of mind. Frankie loved the extra attention given, will most definitely be contacting her again for any upcoming travel. Thanks again!”

“I was so nervous about using Rover for the first time but Deborah was so nice and understanding. She sent me the cutest pictures and videos of my baby to let me know exactly what was going on everyday. She also went above and beyond and got my mail for me, took beretta for walks, and even cleaned the living room for me to return home. I could not recommend her more to anyone else!!”

“Daniela is awsome! We took a long vacation during Christmas and she took great care of our pets and home. Fast communication, extensive knowledge and experience with dogs and provided extra care for our golden.”

“She was awesome! My baby Mia loved playing with her. Very trustworthy person. She made sure my baby was ok and updated me the whole time. Will use her again in the future!”

“Sandy was amazing! When I first contacted her, I needed a last minute sitter. I had never used a sitter or Rover before. She responded promptly and offered to do a meet & greet, working with my schedule before I left town. For each check-in, she provided detailed reports and pictures of each of our kitties. She went above and beyond when one of our cats had to be picked up from our nearby vet. I felt so much better on vacation knowing our kitties were in amazing hands. We will absolutely use her services again!”

“Alyssa did a fantastic job looking after our two cats! She kept us updated with messages and photos, which gave us so much peace of mind. We were especially impressed that she won over our fickle ex-stray, who is usually very aloof and spends her time outdoors. It was clear our cats were comfortable and well cared for, and we’d be happy to have Alyssa watch them again!”

About: Growing up in California with close friends having dogs and cats taught me early on, that pets are family. Over the past five years, I've also helped care for a high-energy Doberman, giving me hands-on experience with both gentle companions and active, intelligent breeds. I understand the importance of trust, consistency, exercise, and affection in helping pets feel safe and happy. Whether it's a walk, drop-in visit, or extended care, I'll treat your dog with the same love, attention, and reliability I'd want for my own. I have a flexible schedule and am available seven days a week, including weekdays, weekends, and most holidays. Whether you need regular walks, drop-in visits, overnight care, or last-minute assistance, I strive to accommodate your pet care needs. I understand that schedules can change unexpectedly, and I pride myself on being dependable, responsive, and committed to providing consistent, loving care whenever your pets need it. When caring for pets in a client's home, I prioritize maintaining their normal routine to help them feel comfortable and secure. I carefully follow feeding schedules, provide fresh water, administer medications if needed, and ensure pets receive appropriate exercise, playtime, and attention. I also keep the home tidy, provide regular updates and photos, and remain attentive to any changes in behavior or health. My goal is to provide reliable, compassionate care so both pets and owners have peace of mind while they're away.
“Mara is extremely attentive to my Samoyed, Bianca🤍. Mara is always letting me know about her behaviors, her bathroom use, and her appetite. It is wonderful to have someone who cares so much taking care of Bianca🤍! Thank you Mara!”

“Aileen provided exceptional service attending to Phelps while I was away for 10 days. She was always prompt and courteous. I felt comfortable with giving her access to my home and everything was as I left it. I will definitely use her services again.”

I usually use friends or family to watch my senior husky, but didn't have anyone last minute and so I hired Alyssa. She took care of my Senior Husky and made sure to spend quality time with her during each visit. She's reliable, dependable, and was always on time. Both my husky and I appreciate her for taking good care of my pup while I was away. I will gladly recommend Alyssa!

Karen always goes above and beyond! Our sweet girl is disabled (Manx syndrome) and has very unique care needs, and we always feel completely comfortable leaving Tilly in Karen’s care. We can’t recommend her enough. It’s very evident through the care she provides and the work she does just how much she loves animals 🐈⬛🐈
