About: I’ve had pets my entire life, so I love to help take care of them and love on them! I’ve also looked after plenty of animals for family and friends when they’re out of town, with one family friend having me come back to dog sit for them for the last three years! Right now, I’m home from college for the summer, and don’t have a job, so my schedule is pretty free unless I have an appointment or other things going on on a certain day! I don’t offer boarding for pets in my own home unfortunately, but for my clients, I will make sure all their needs are met and more, playing with them and making sure they’re doing great before I leave for the day.

On a visit to let out my dogs, it was raining and Sabine went out (with no overhead coverage) and coaxed my dogs to go out. I was very grateful she went through that effort since I wasn’t able to return for hours later and felt great knowing if they had to go they would. After she left, I think they waited by the front door hoping she’d come back. Greatly appreciate her!”

We are an active family so being outside a lot is important and we love to share that with animals. My son is 2 years old and will be accompanying me with drop ins and dog walking, he will be under my supervision at all time while providing animal care. We live a very active lifestyle where we are always on the go. We go for walks and hikes a lot. We also enjoy swimming, and we always bring our fur baby along for the adventure. Pet care would fit perfectly with our schedule and lifestyle, with the love of being outdoors it’s so nice to share that time with our 4 legged friends! I do not have a fenced yard at my house, I always stay with my puppy weather on leads or ecollar. We have an electric fence but I ensure nothing can come into our yard(other animals, people etc). If we do not use the electric fence we use a long lead. At a clients home if they have a fenced yard I would still never leave an animal unattended, that’s just me personally. I would love to spend time with your pets outside, maybe we can play a little or if your fur babies just wanna soak up some sun and relax, I’m here for it all! If the client does not have a fenced yard I would use a long lead or regular leash and never leave the pup pup unattended. For safety both in my own home or clients I utilize a crate if necessary, and positive reinforcement for good behavior! I also have experience with muzzles and other tools(collars, leads, head leads, etc) Its not only about protecting me and others but to ensure the safety of the animal as well. Coal really enjoyed having her and the kids over and definitely kept him entertained.
