About: I’ve had pets my entire life, so I love to help take care of them and love on them! I’ve also looked after plenty of animals for family and friends when they’re out of town, with one family friend having me come back to dog sit for them for the last three years! Right now, I’m home from college for the summer, and don’t have a job, so my schedule is pretty free unless I have an appointment or other things going on on a certain day! I don’t offer boarding for pets in my own home unfortunately, but for my clients, I will make sure all their needs are met and more, playing with them and making sure they’re doing great before I leave for the day.

While we were away, several chicks started hatching. Jeannette didn't panic—she jumped right in. She went out and bought supplies, made sure the chicks were cared for, and handled everything like a pro, even hatching 4 chicks at her house. Anyone who knows me knows I am an animal lover and your dogs will feel at home here. I do have children ages 6 and 3 and one cat. About: I have been pet sitting since I was 12 years old and have experience with all different types of animals: dogs, cats, horses, reptiles, and small animals like chinchillas, hamsters and birds. In addition to pet sitting, I have a long work history in the vet field working as a veterinary assistant, so I am able to administer medications and work with senior dogs or dogs with disabilities. I also have extensive dog training experience from training pets in basic obedience to task trained service animals. While our yard is not fenced, Dogs are always leashed or on a long line and supervised while outside. I also have a slat mill and dog pacer treadmill to provide plenty of exercise during inclement weather. I can also provide plenty of enrichment via puzzle toys, lick mats and kongs which is important for mental stimulation.

About: My animal experience goes way back to childhood. At the age of 7 I started in 4h, learning about animal husbandry. By the age of 13 I was volunteering at the local riding stables. By high school, I was working at the local animal shelter, volunteering with local rescues and advancing my education in dog training, with hopes of getting into service dogs. At age 19 I started working at a vet clinic This just advanced my love of animals and their care even more! All my boarder dogs are treated as family, allowed on beds and furniture and cage free unless otherwise requested. Bath or grooming add ons are always available! About: My Grandmother was a Colorado State award-winning dog trainer and I grew up helping her care for her three Belgian Tervurans. I've owned several dogs throughout my life as well. I have a history of volunteer work at shelters and have cared for a wide range of dogs! I have three kids aged 3, 4, and 7 who have grown up around all types of animals, including dogs of all sizes. Currently, we have one ferret, one cat, and we just rescued a puppy! We are extremely active with our animals and play with them throughout the day! Outside: We have a large fenced in back yard with only one exterior entry point which is double gated. The double gated side yard is where we usually meet the owners when they come for pick up. The double gated entry way provides protection from escape artists🤣 We have a large metal container that we use as a water trough that we fill with ice water 3 times a day to keep all dogs well hydrated! We have lots of dog toys for the back yard as well. Inside: Dogs sleep upstairs on the main floor, but during the day, they have full access to the house and back yard. We do not provide kennels but will use one if the owner brings one. Dogs eat at the same time we eat. We send LOTS of pictures and updates throughout the day!

My daily schedule can be modified to fit your pets needs. During my work hours, typically 8-4, I can check in and/or walk your pet multiple times per day if you’re located on Fort Knox or right outside of the gate. I’m available for services early in the morning and late in the evening, and no limit or extend on the weekends. I don’t care for my dog, or any pet, like typical “normal” people do. I treat all animals as if they’re my own. I’m super flexible and can accommodate any need or request, even if you think it’s sounds crazy, super odd or outlandish. I have a mid sized SUV and I use a hammock in my back seat to prevent injuries in the event of any accidents.
About: I have been a kennel master for the Army for 4 years. trained single purpose and multipurpose canines on apprehension, explosives, gun fire neutralization, and obedience for 6 years. I am newly retired from the Army. So I have all the time in the world to watch your furry little friends at anytime of the day or night. I establish a " sense of security" for the animals with training and intuition , that has developed over my life experiences handling animals. We are an active family so being outside a lot is important and we love to share that with animals. I do not have a fenced yard at my house, I always stay with my puppy weather on leads or ecollar. We have an electric fence but I ensure nothing can come into our yard(other animals, people etc). If we do not use the electric fence we use a long lead. At a clients home if they have a fenced yard I would still never leave an animal unattended, that’s just me personally. I would love to spend time with your pets outside, maybe we can play a little or if your fur babies just wanna soak up some sun and relax, I’m here for it all! If the client does not have a fenced yard I would use a long lead or regular leash and never leave the pup pup unattended. For safety both in my own home or clients I utilize a crate if necessary, and positive reinforcement for good behavior! I also have experience with muzzles and other tools(collars, leads, head leads, etc) Its not only about protecting me and others but to ensure the safety of the animal as well. About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats my whole life. I grew up on a farm, and love all animals. I watch my friends and families dogs regularly; walking, feeding, and bathing their four legged family members I do work from 8-330 Monday-Friday, but have an 1.5hour lunch daily, and always have free time after work. Outside of work, I just spend time with my dog. I have a fenced in yard, 4 year old Australian Shepard mix that loves other dogs. Tons of toys, and activities to keep your pups busy.

Now as an adult I have four cats (Maya, Millie Gracie, and Hank) and 3 dogs (Koda, Skye, and Duke). All of them are spoiled and treated just like my kids. About: Animals have a special part in my life. I have always loved and taken care of animals since I was little. I am a very flexible person and I will always change my schedule to meet yours. “I CANNOT say enough good things about both Rick and his fiancé Annemarie! They were God-sent ANGELS for our wedding weekend! We were out of town - all of us were - and really needed someone who could keep Millie for us. Even though they stayed a half hour away, they were above-and-beyond accommodating, staying flexible with our schedule as things changed on our end. They came and picked her up from us, brought her back for rehearsal the same day so my nephew could practice walking her down the aisle, took her back home. They sent me pictures of her and their dog Buckley all throughout the weekend and she looked like she was having fun, getting good sleep and was comfortable. When Annemarie brought Millie to my wedding, she came dressed up to blend in with the other guests and I never heard Millie bark the whole time. She stayed around in the hot heat for pictures so Millie could be in a few pictures with us before taking her back to their home. Finally, they kept her through an extra day for us so we could have a little breather time before we had to pack everything up at our hotel room and head back home. We could not have made it through our wedding weekend without Annemarie and Rick's help. All of their story-sharing about what Millie was up to with Buckley all weekend was so nice to see intermittently as we were busy buzzing about doing our wedding activities. We are so GRATEFUL for everything they did and it's clear Millie was well taken care of and comfortable because she was so calm and relaxed when Rick returned her to us! Truly extra sweet! About: I have been pet sitting since I was 12 years old and have experience with all different types of animals: dogs, cats, horses, reptiles, and small animals like chinchillas, hamsters and birds. In addition to pet sitting, I have a long work history in the vet field working as a veterinary assistant, so I am able to administer medications and work with senior dogs or dogs with disabilities. I also have extensive dog training experience from training pets in basic obedience to task trained service animals. I absolutely love animals, and love helping other families with their amazing pets. Dog training and boarding are my full time jobs, so I am always around to ensure your pets have the absolute best care. Meaning lots of play time, time outside, and tons of cuddles. I myself have four very well behaved and friendly dogs at home, one being my medical alert service dog. I also have a dog room set up specifically for pups, where they can play or take a nap on huge dog bed. Ruffland Kennels are available for crating as well if your pet is crate trained. While our yard is not fenced, Dogs are always leashed or on a long line and supervised while outside. I also have a slat mill and dog pacer treadmill to provide plenty of exercise during inclement weather. I can also provide plenty of enrichment via puzzle toys, lick mats and kongs which is important for mental stimulation.
