House Sitting Ridgefield

About: I am experienced in administering medicinal injections, nail trimming and teeth brushing of larger breeds, lifting 60+ lbs, pad and potty training, and assisting senior and special needs dogs. I currently work remote and spend most of the day with my own pup by my side. We go to the nearby dog park at least weekly, go on two 20-25 minute walks (1mi+) daily, and play regularly throughout the day. He is very friendly and happy to tag along for any walks or play times, if the company is welcomed. I have a large crate available, if needed, and an in ground stake in the front and back yard with 30ft leads attached, allowing for plenty of time outside in shaded and unshaded areas. Food bowls are cleaned after every meal and pet waste is cleaned up after every trip outside.

About: I’ve had dogs and cats my whole life. Currently live with 2 dogs and 2 cats, and my family has 3 other dogs! I’ve dog-sat for many years, both staying at homes and frequently checking in. I have a natural way of connecting with animals, and I love spending time with them! During the summer, I will have availability to walk dogs, let dogs out, and care for pets during the day and evenings on weekdays. June weekdays I am available after 12, and July weekdays I am available all day. Weekend availability is not consistent throughout the summer. I live with two dogs and two cats. I walk the dogs frequently, feed them breakfast and dinner, and keep their spaces clean and safe! I monitor pets as they chew on toys, and throw away toys that could be dangerous. Managing 4 pets is a handful, but I love it!

“Our experience with Samantha was overall amazing! The day before we were due to travel, one of our cats got very sick and our travel day was actually spent taking her to an emergency vet. We didn’t know when/if we would be traveling, but Samantha was super communicative and understanding through all of the uncertainty/changing plans. About: I have taken care of dogs since I was a young girl. I have grown up with them and have had 10 dogs in my life. I typically stay over night or do drop-in visits. I have pet sit for neighbors, family, and many friends. I am not currently working. I am available for drop in visits after 10am. I am also available for overnight sitting on weekends or weekdays, with proper notice. I am not able to bring dogs to my home, unfortunately. I am always respectful of other’s privacy and do what is needed for the pet.
