About: What sets me apart from other sitters is my well-rounded experience and genuine love for animals of all ages. I’ve cared for energetic puppies, mellow senior pets, and everything in between. I’m patient, observant, and always make sure each pet gets the attention and care they need—whether that’s playtime, a slow walk, or just some quiet company. I’ve also had experience with basic training, helping puppies learn good habits early on. I treat every pet like family and always aim to create a safe, loving environment where they feel comfortable and cared for. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine because I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals. As a student-athlete at Montreat College, my schedule is busy but structured, which helps me stay organized and make time for what I love—caring for pets. Taking care of animals is actually a fun and relaxing getaway from the demands of school and sports. I already care for my own Maltipoo and cat, so it’s second nature to fit walks, playtime, and feedings into my day. It’s something I look forward to and take seriously, always making sure each pet feels safe, loved, and well cared for. Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or in a client’s home, I always aim to create a safe, comfortable, and loving environment. I follow the pet’s routine closely—sticking to their feeding schedule, walk times, play habits, and any special instructions you provide. In a client’s home, I respect the space and make sure everything is clean and secure. If pets stay with me, they’ll have a cozy spot to relax, plenty of attention, and time outside for walks and play. I focus on keeping things calm and consistent so your pet feels right at home, even when you’re away.

“Teyani is excellent at communicating and taking care of my fur babies...very prompt and sweet:)”

About: Every day is a day full of fur in my world. My pets, and the pets I care for as an experienced veterinary technician. I love every animal like they are my own and always go the extra mile for their happiness. I am honored to be entrusted with their care if you will have me. I am currently taking a break from my career as a veterinary technician to pursue a master's degree. I am very flexible for this reason. As an experienced pet owner and veterinary technician I can medicate, give injections, crate, soothe, feed and play with your pets with ease and confidence. I have worked with scared rescues who no one else would sit for. I am good with animals from all backgrounds and situations. You tell me what your usual routine and preferences are and I will make sure it happens.

About: What started out as an occasional cat sitting for my family friends quickly turned into a career. I have taken care of people’s horses, cats, dogs, chickens, basically you name it! From Wilmington, to Blowing Rock, to the great state of South Dakota, I have provided reliable and safe care for hundreds of animals so their owners can rest assured while they are away. I am currently a new mom to a wonder baby boy, so getting a full time scheduled position doesn’t work for me right now. I have plenty of help with him however, and would love to get some outdoor time with your pets when you need it most! I am very comfortable with in home visits, as that is what I became accustomed to while farm sitting. I am great at following a routine and instructions, and there is no doubt your pet will be the care they need. In addition, I have my own dog so I’m used to going on as long of a walk as your dog may need!

About: I have had pets my whole life and taken care of friends and neighbors pets as well. We have a beloved dog named Marley, a ball python, and 15 chickens. I love animals and can’t wait to meet and get to know yours! My availability is open, so let me know if you need set walking times, or pet sitting, Especially during the week, but also weekends work! I can come to you, to walk your dog, or care for any pets in your home, clean out liter boxes, water plants or check mail.

About: My style is very gentle, understanding, and affectionate, though I am also very clear with boundaries and behaviors. I was a foster parent for Lap Dog Rescue of New Mexico for three years. I have special experience with pregnant dogs and cats, newborns, and I have a big soft spot for senior pets. I am an avid hiker and walker, so your babies will get plenty of exercise! I am a retired childbirth educator, doula, and Hypnotherapist. I am blessed to have my days to myself and am home all day except for errands and hikes. We live in Sun City, Georgetown, Texas. Since I'm retired, my schedule is wide open. Lana, my partner, works full time from home. Our two little 5 year old poodle mixes are used to welcoming and entertaining new furry friends, since they have "fostered" many dogs over the years.

“Lindsey is fantastic with my kitties! I can tell by the pictures she sends they are happy and well cared for. My second booking with Lindsey, I highly recommend her!”

About: I grew up with dogs and cats all through my childhood, and have since lived with and cared for a range of sweet animals from old black labs to crazy teenage maine coons! I love all animals and have experience with older animals that require a gentle touch and may have more needs, as well as very stubborn pets. I am also familiar with and comfortable caring for chickens and other outdoor animals, as well as small pets such as hamsters or guinea pigs. I am currently available to house sit at your home, meaning I am able to care for your pets during both the morning and evening. I typically work 9-5 but my schedule is somewhat flexible, meaning I can go in or leave earlier, depending on the day. As someone who travels a lot myself, I understand how much of a relief it is when you know that your home and your pets are safe and well cared-for. I am always happy to meet you in person or over the phone before scheduling, will always send you lots of pictures of your sweet pets (and anything else you might like me to check on!), and will always follow all your rules and requests when it comes to security and safety measures.
