About: I’m fortunate to have experience with a wide variety of animals thanks to my cousins, who have two cats, three dogs, a turtle, and a horse. I help care for their pets regularly, so I’m comfortable meeting the unique needs of animals of all kinds and treating each one like family. Pet care fits naturally into my routine because I’m currently finishing up breast cancer treatment and have intentionally chosen pet sitting as my primary work. At my home, pets have access to a securely fenced backyard for supervised play, exercise, and potty breaks, along with plenty of attention, affection, and a comfortable place to relax. In a client’s home, I follow their pet’s established schedule for feeding, walks, playtime, medications (if needed), and any other care instructions. My goal is always to help pets feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their owners are away.
About: I love animals. I have owned a horse, birds and fish. Although I never owned a dog or cat, Friends and family have always asked me to pet sit and I have always been more than happy to ablige. As a former letter Carrier, my favorite customers were four-legged. I am retired and want to stay active. Who can keep you more fit and active than a dog that is waiting for a walk-date? When I have dog sat, I usually go for multiple walks. I can walk all day. The dogs love it and it makes them tired. Animals need mental stimulation outside of their house or yard just like people.
