She also sent us another picture the next day of him cuddled up on the couch with her pug asleep. She said she let him sleep with her in bed at night. Lainey just had her first stay with Billie and it was for two weeks. Lainey has some separation anxiety and, if I'm being honest, so do I. But Billie made our two weeks apart so easy and seamless. I had a couple scheduling issues with pickup, like my flight home being delayed, and Billie was entirely understanding, accommodating, and flexible, which was especially appreciated. I know Lainey had a great time with Billie and am grateful for the several photos and check-ins Billie provided. Definitely going to be a repeat customer!
Couldn’t have asked for a better pet sitter. As soon as I met Carly, I felt relief knowing my little dog was gonna be in good hands. She’s so nice, has a fenced in backyard, and was very flexible on pick up/drop off times. Everything went smoothly and my dog was happy. I loved getting photos and updates.
Janice took great care of Daisy while we were out of town. She gave her extra snuggles to ensure Daisy was calm during a winter storm, took her on walks, and she created pathways with extra rugs to make sure Daisy was comfortable walking on her hardwood floors. It was obvious Daisy had a wonderful stay with Janice and I'd highly recommend her!
Chelsea was absolutely fabulous! My dog was a little nervous to stay at a new house and Chelsea went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable. She gave lots of updates and communication was so wonderful. Ruby & Harvey are besties now and will definitely be back!
