Hi - Brenda here. This is the place where your dog rules. Our pets are family and yours will be too! I don't take multiple dogs at a time unless they are from the same family. Your dog will not be grouped with packs that might be intimidating or a bad fit. Bessie, my middle age Golden Retriever is as docile as they come and quietly welcomes new friends. She loves her walks and will take walks with your fur baby. Great home atmosphere for your pets! We don't kennel up your animals all day, they are free to explore the house, play, inside and outside. Why I love dog sitting? I've had pets all of my life. All of our pets have been rescued animals. All pets feel anxious when their people are away, we make sure they feel they're safe, secure, and always loved. Meet my pets: Bessie - my sweet Golden Retriever girl. We rescued her when she was 4 from a locked cage. She now has almost 4 years experience being a guide and protector of people and other animals. Mike- Mike is a Rockstar who was also rescued at 2 months. He's quite fluffy and is technically a cat, but doesn't know it. He takes walks with us, believes Bessie is his sister and is generally precious. Mike prefers to stay outside, but comes in to chill, eat, and sleep with his buds. Your fur baby hasn't met a Mike? Not to worry, visits are always monitored until I know we're all well acquainted. My experience administering medication: Medication that can be given orally is not a problem.

Nice lady. She has a very calm dog and cat which my dog really fit in well with. Sent photos a couple times, which was a nice touuch. I think Paris really enjoyed her stay.

Schedule
I am retired, home during the day, no small children. Although I do have daily activities that take me away on some days, pets are never alone more than a few hours. I'm an accomplished weight lifter, so managing dogs big and small is not a problem.

Pets in my home are treated just as they are at home. We take frequent walks and trips outside whenever needed. I take only one additional dog at a time unless they are from the same family. I've found this to be much less stressful for pets and prevents the possibility of having too many personalities at one time.

A typical day
We are in a safe, gated community with lots of great walking roads. Your dog's sleeping arrangement Your dog will sleep inside, if he/she has a preferred bed you might want to bring it.
