About: I've had pets for ages, cats & dogs. Right now I don't have any, home is lacking! I have a special heart for smaller dogs! Right now, I'm working from home part time. So am pretty flexible watching your pet. My preference is to have your pet here in my home. I have a large fenced in back yard, dogs seem to love roaming in it! I prefer to crate at night and have always crated my dog when leaving home. I find dogs seem more secure when crated.

About: Ive been doing Rover now for almost 2 years and it has brought me so much joy and new friends! I worked a summer at kc zoo and it was the most fun job I have ever had. I've had dogs and cats my whole life. Also around horses from my uncle. I have adopted all of my animals from shelters. I love my dogs and cats like they are family. I have a teenage son I have to keep out of petco or any other animal place otherwise he wants to bring all the animals home, joking but not completely untrue. It's how we ended up with our Kitty Maisey. We even took care of the class's bearded dragon over spring break during Covid. He will come along on visits if available as he is the animal whisperer and wants to be a vet. Our 2 dogs are Dottie (our adopted covid pointer mix pup who is the sweetest girl and loves to have visitors to play with), and Marley who is our very sweet, laid back senior dog. Both our pups were rescues. Marley is afraid of thunderstorms and fireworks so we sre familliar with giving medications and making dogs feel safe and comfortable. Dottie is allergic to something during the late summer and September month and takes medicine for that allergy at that time. We believe in treats but only rawhide free and dental bones. Please bring your own food and treats and let me know if you prefer not to share our treats. We also have 2 cats that are used to dogs and in fact think that each dog is their mommy since we got them as kittens and have an attachment to their respective dog mommy. You will even find cats and dogs snuggling together on the bed. Or Moose playing with Dottie in his tunnel. I have had animals with special needs from a diabetic cat that I gave insulin injections to treating animals with special needs. I live right down the street from a great dog park here in belton. We would love to take any new friends to visit. Please let me know if you prefer them not to go to the dog park and we can stay here and play. We have a fenced back yard but one side is only 4 ft. I work from home as a director so I have a very flexible schedule. My son does play competitive soccer so sometimes weekends have us at soccer field for about 2 hours. I have a fenced yard 3 sides are 6 foot privacy and one has a 4 foot chain link. I follow my client's care directions in their homes.

I also understand the importance of not letting 2 dogs who are on a leash, cross paths, as this is a cause for a dog fight. Some dogs require to be kenneled when not under supervision, and I will ensure that this happens any time I am not at the clients home. I will make sure that the clients home is locked prior to leaving the residence. If there are multiple pets eating at one time, I will ensure each pet has their own space to eat in private.

About: I have been working with animals of all kinds since I was a teen. Between working at pet stores and kennels, plus the zoo I have at my house. I provide invaluable experience and professionalism. I work for a school, and we are out during the summer. So I have a lot of extra time on my hands for the next few months to give care to pets. In a client's home, I take care to make sure that nothing gets disturbed. In the past, I always scanned to make sure that nothing was broken or eaten. I always make sure there are no potty messes or hairballs, and I clean them up if there are. I also always make sure to message the owners if anything seems out of the usual. Updates on eating, potty, and litter habits. And of course, if they get into anything or have accidents.

About: As someone who has loved animals since they were born, I was always the person in the neighborhood who people asked to check on their pets. And even all these years later, that still hasn’t changed. As someone who has owned dogs my entire life, I understand how important finding the right person to pet set is, so I treat every pet like they’re my own. I’ve watched younger dogs who constantly want to play and have lots of energy to older dogs who just want to sleep all day. I also have experience dealing with dogs who have health issues, so don’t worry about pill time, I know all the tricks. As it’s summer now, I’m free pretty much always and would love to be able to watch your fur baby. Whether it’s just a walk around the block or a simple potty break, I promise to treat your pets like they were my own. I’m currently on summer break and don’t have a job so other then babysitting a few times a week and spending time with my family I’m all free. I already feed and look after my own pets, a sweet senior golden retriever and a silly 5 year old cat, so taking care of pets fits perfectly into my life. I have my own car that can easily fit most dogs into it, so drives to the park are an option. I’m also perfectly comfortable staying at a home for a few hours to make sure your pet doesn’t get lonely or doing just a quick check in, whatever you want. About: I have taken care of dogs (all kinds) since I got my first dog at 8. Neighbors, friends and family have relied on me to walk, feed and bathe their dogs. I have sit all sizes, ages, and breeds as well as pets with special needs. My husband and I love snuggling and playing with pups. I work full time from 9am-5pm Tuesday thru Saturday, but my husband work from 6am-3pm and is off all weekends. So there are a total of 3-4 days that we are off all day. I am happy to care for your dog whatever way you prefer. My dogs are kenneled when we aren't home but if your dog is used to being out I am okay with that too.

About: I have been pet sitting and house sitting since I was old enough to be left alone. I grew up walking neighbors dogs when they left town and continue to watch family and friends pets when they need it! I tend to bond with animals quickly and have the free time so I would like to start pet sitting more; I have experience with puppies as well as elderly and sick dogs. I took care of my own 16 year old pup for the last 6 months so I am familiar with medication giving, comfort care, and temperament that can come with elderly or sick dogs. I have 2 large dogs of my own so I am open to any breed including large hyper breeds. I’m ready to run your pet til they are tired or hangout with them on the couch, whatever they like! I typically only work 3 nights a week as a bartender so I am available almost all hours of the day and I am open to dog walking before and after shifts as well! I personally have a fenced in yard and 3 dogs of my own that are friendly but would prefer pet sitting and dog walking near the pets own home for their own comfortability. I like to sit and relax with the dog til they are comfortable with me and then start to ease into playing with them, I am down to walk your dog or play with them in your yard if that’s what you prefer!
