I contacted Elba last minute for dog boarding and I’m beyond grateful I found her. She was the best person to take care of our fur babies! From the beginning, Elba treated them with love, attention, and like they were part of her family. She even hand-fed one of our dogs the first day when he wasn’t eating, let them sleep next to her, and made sure they were happy, social, and well-fed every single day. They made new furry friends and had the best time. What made it even better was how often she kept us updated — more than 5 times a day with photos and videos showing how well they were doing. That gave us so much peace of mind while we were on vacation. We are truly blessed and thankful for Elba. Thank you for loving our dogs like your own. We are so happy to have found Rikki and Pip! Communication was great, and when our travel plans changed, they were flexible. Best of all, our Esteban was happy and well cared for. We will definitely get in touch with Rikki when we need to board Estie again. : )
Jaclyn is the best sitter! This was our dog Lunas second time with Jaclyn and she ran right up to her front door and was so excited to see her. We got lots of pictures and updates and could tell Luna had a great time! We will definitely use Jaclyn again for future sitting needs
Isabel and her husband were great sitters! They were super flexible and were able to accommodate our crazy vacation schedule with ease. I appreciated the thoughtful and detailed updates about my dog, Rhody. Rhody is very shy and Isabel did a great job of letting Rhody warm up to her and her family. She also enjoyed long walks with them! Overall Isabel was great and id use her again!
Jack was amazing! It was our first time leaving our dog with him and he took great care of her. He communicated well with us and gave us updates and videos of Bella every few hours. It was clear that she had bonded with him! We will definitely leave Bella with Jack again in the future. We highly recommend him.
Katie has been amazing! She accepted Marco on short notice after a previous booking was cancelled by the caretaker. Katie has kept me informed of Marco’s activities and provided photos everyday. She is trustworthy and very professional. I would recommend her to anyone.
I loved that we kept in contact through the weekend. This was my girls (2 Chihuahuas) first time ever being away from me. They have always stayed with my family but since moving to a new state, I don't know anyone. After meeting her, I felt comfortable with leaving my baby girls.
