We asked Joseph to keep an eye out for his symptoms, and to call us at any time with any new developments. Not only was Joseph extremely empathetic and understanding about the worry we felt, he was extremely attentive to Oso and communicative with us as soon as he noticed changes with Oso. We could tell he would do whatever was needed to make sure our pup was safe. While we were upset to be out of town when Oso started becoming unwell, the fact that Oso was with Joseph reassured us a lot, to know that he was in a safe pair of hands. We are extremely grateful to him and his family, and would happily use him as a Rover again. Highly recommended!”

Elba is absolutely AMAZING! We were so nervous going away for 8 days since we’ve never left our dog for more than 2 days. Elba sent videos everyday of our dog running around, playing fetch, and she looked so happy! She even accepted another day for us when our flight home got delayed! Thank you soooo much Elba! We will definitely be back!!! An absolute angel!!!
I have nothing but great things to say about Oxana! I boarded my pup with her for three nights and she went out of her way to make me and my dog feel comfortable. She did a meet and greet beforehand so our dogs could meet, she sent a bunch of pics/videos/updates, and she managed to send my high-energy dog home worn out. She’s great with animals and their parents and I’d recommend her to anyone.
Matthew once again took very excellent care of Bailey while I was away for the weekend. He was good with giving medications and sent me frequent updates and pictures. Most importantly, he loves having Bailey over and Bailey loves spending time there! I wouldn’t leave him with anyone else.
HANDS DOWN THE BEST EXPERIENCE! I’ve never seen my dog get this comfortable with anyone outside of family. He didn’t even need his anxiety medication until later in the day and he remained calm the whole time. She also allowed me to come take him out on my lunch break which was so thoughtful and flexible. Her home is very warm and welcoming, and my dog felt safe there. I highly recommend booking with her, I will definitely be booking again!
Molly was amazing! It was our first time leaving our dog with someone, and she took wonderful care of him. Her communication was excellent—she kept us updated with messages and videos every few hours, which gave us so much peace of mind.
