Reseda dog parents share their Rover experiences
George was amazing! He came through for us last second and was very accommodating. He kept us updated on how our Dog was doing the whole weekend and also sent us pictures. Our dog was very happy with him and definitely took a liking to George. Will definitely be using him again!
We had an excellent experience booking Dana for the boarding of our dog Watson. Everything from the communication beforehand to the actual stay was great. We got an update with pictures paired with anecdotes on how he was doing during his time with her, and it gave us reassurance that he was doing fine- he is usually only with our family so it was nice to know that he settled down nicely. We will check in with Dana next time we’re going out of town, and hopefully she’ll be available to take care of Watson!
Lisa is wonderful and kind and respectful and really makes you feel at ease if you happen to have any worries or concerns. She sends pics and videos daily with updates which is always nice. I didn’t realize they had a pool in the backyard. My dog has never been around a pool or swimming for that matter, so I expressed my concern and Lisa mentioned there is always someone outside in the backyard when dogs are back there. So that made me feel a lot better with the pool. I was also a little worried about their dog, Tophe, playing too hard with my dog. Again, I expressed my concern and Lisa reassured that she’d keep an eye on playtime and split the dogs up if play got too hard. All in all, the dogs got along great from what I saw and heard. Lastly, I really appreciate Lisa asking if I ever take Penny to a dog park and how I would feel if she took her to one. Asking before doing. Just in case. I appreciated that so much. After picking Penny up, she was sleeping on the car ride home and out like a light for the rest of the day/night. I know she played a lot and really enjoyed all the company from Lisa and the roommates. Lisa is wonderful and me being a “new dog mom” having questions and concerns, Lisa was understanding and kind about it all. Penny had a great stay.
Lauren did an incredible job taking care of my fur baby. She is reliable, helpful, and truly goes above and beyond. I was under a lot of stress due to delays with my airline, and she was so accommodating. I would recommend her any time—and most importantly, I completely trust her with my Sofie. We’re both so grateful to have found Lauren. She’s been a huge help!
It was our first time with Nicole and she was AMAZING!!! On our meet and greet, I could tell right away that her compassion for her pets is assured. She has done a great job of caring for our bundle of joy, Coco. She gave our Coco a comfortable space in her home and made sure she was fed according to our schedule and preference. Nicole's quick responses through text kept us informed, which gave us the confidence and peace of mind throughout our vacation. We looking forward to booking again with her in the near future. I've been using Jasmine for years and I cannot recommend her enough. She truly goes above and beyond and my dog absolutely loves her and her family. Hes always so happy to see them no matter how long its been and I think its a testament to the care she takes. I know its hard to find good trustworthy sitters but you really can't do better than Jasmine. She's the best.
Eric is not just a sitter, she is Auntie Erica to my 3.5 year old high energy, curious, spastic German Shorthaired Pointer. I had to make a new profile but she has been sitting for my pup numerous times over the past year, and she has been a lifesaver to me. My pup has separation anxiety so I order for me to do anything social, he needs a sitter. Auntie Erica is no ordinary sitter- she is like Disneyland for dogs- she gives every dog she watches so much love, attention, and the adventures! Dog puzzles, one on one play time, dog parks or hikes, exercise, stimulation, endless ball fetches, cuddles, love and so much more. She is a “responsible adult” and I feel absolutely confident that LeeRoy is safe and happy with her (I mention this because not all sitters are “adults” and can handle any situation maturely). I have zero guilt leaving LeeRoy in her care, because honestly she gives him the time and energy that I cannot always provide due to my busy work schedule. She is a staple in his life and truly contributes so much to his wellbeing and happiness. She goes above and beyond every time to enrich her pup’s lives. She cares so much about each pup, which is why I consider her an auntie vs just a sitter. There are not enough words to express how amazing she is, and I am forever grateful to have found her. She is a true gem, a unicorn, LeeRoy’s favorite play partner and Auntie.
Ryan & Abbey are great!! They are very responsive and they keep me updated with videos and pictures through out the day. I also love how flexible in schedule they are. This is my 2nd time booking with them and plan on doing any future bookings with them. They have a spacious backyard and I’ve been lucky they have had other playful dogs that get along with my pup which makes it a great time for my puppy.
