About: Hi there! I'm a retired nurse and love cats - any cat - all cats (just ask my husband)! Every cat has a unique personality. You have to learn their quirks, understand their meows, and know what that tail flick means! Having a cat means that you are just a guest in your own home! We know that breakfast/dinner must be served on time, fresh water must be available at all times to wash feet in, and if an item suddenly appears that wasn't there before - on the floor it goes! Yes, I understand cats! We have had cats for over 20 years and currently have three that run our house. When our cats aren't traveling with us, they are taken care of by a trusted Rover cat sitter that treats them like her family! I would love to return the favor to you and help you out so that you can go on vacation without worrying about your fur baby. As a cat parent like me, you know that it's important to find the right fit and to have the sitter "cat approved!" While you are gone, I would send you plenty of pictures and videos (because that's what cat people do) to keep you updated on your family member! I'm currently retired and available to help others looking to go on vacation to have peace of mind that your pet is being well cared for in your home. I would care for your cat in your home. i would be available to come to your home as needed depending on your cats feeding schedule.

15. Sarah D.
About: I am an animal lover! I have had dogs and cats my whole life and rescued dogs throughout my life also. I usually prefer dogs over people 😉. I will love and treat your pets like they are my own, giving them affection, lots of walks and attention. I work from home which means I will always be there morning, noon and night. I wake up early and like to take 2 long walks a day I care for your pets exactly like you would. I treat your pet like family. I live in an upstairs apartment. There are stairs so if you have a pet with mobility issues I am not a good fit
16. Maura O.
“Frankie enjoyed Maura’s visit with her immensely!”
17. Cori B.
“Cori is an animal lover and took such good care of my cat. I highly recommend her!”
18. Aicha W.
“Aicha and her whole family love, love dogs. If there is any disagreement between the siblings, it is who gets to cuddle with the dog (Sadie) and which sister the dog loves best. I think it was one of the happiest days of Aicha's life when they adopted Sadie. Sadie is a huge super mutt, very strong , very gentle and very attached to Aicha. The family had to undergo a rigorous background check in order to adopt Sadie. Otherwise Aicha is very trustworthy, honest and hard working. She would love to be a dog walker.”
19. Sarah A.
“Sarah is literally a dog whisperer. Like Disney princess style. She does a great job with my dogs, definitely my go to person! The only bad thing I can say is sometimes I get jealous bc I feel like my dogs love her more than me!!!!”
20. Margot A.
“Margot is the one of the most personable individuals I know - the minute she walks in the room she is immediately talking to people and making them feel comfortable and welcomed and is always smiling. She is such a loyal and good friend that goes out of her way to do things for others. Besides doing this for people, she is also super loving to dogs. I trusted Margot watching my 2-year-old bernedoodle and once she had to leave, my dog was honestly devastated. I see the way she interacts with other dogs and she is so calming and friendly. She has such a loving presence and would be an excellent dog caregiver because how much she cares and values life.”
