She sent so many great updates. On short notice I went to her house and met her and she made me feel so comfortable leaving my baby with her for a few days! My dog felt right at home and wasn’t depressed. Cynthia is a true dog lover and will let your dog make themselves right at home and not have them locked up in a kennel! Emma was great with my big dog and is very understanding. I had several last minute changes that went back and forth that was out of our control and she made it very stress free while at the same time taking care of our fur-baby like her own. I would recommend her to anyone all day! Will only be using her from now on when she is available. Great sitter!
Randy did such an excellent job with my miniature poodle. Prince is 16 years old and has some health challenges. Randy was very understanding, caring, obviously experienced with senior dogs, and extremely communicative during the stay. Sent pictures, videos and constant updates. I would without a doubt, use him again.
I was a little nervous at first due to a slight language barrier, but that worry quickly disappeared. Katya’s mother took such great care of Millie and kept me updated with frequent messages and adorable photos. From the very beginning, Ligia understood exactly what we needed. Since we live an hour and a half away and wouldn’t have time to meet in person before boarding our dog Nina, clear communication was crucial and Ligia delivered. We were originally supposed to travel in May, but our trip was canceled. Still, Ligia remembered every detail we had discussed and reconfirmed everything for our July trip without missing a beat.
