She met me at the hospital to get my keys and took such good care of my babies, sending me pictures and updates that gave me so much peace of mind. But what she did beyond that completely shocked me. I came home to a clean apartment. She took out all my trash, cleaned my kitchen, washed dishes, bought bowls for my cats, left cleaning supplies and even flowers on the counter. About: I’ve been around many kinds of animals my whole life, including dogs, turtles, rabbits, fish, and guinea pigs. My childhood dog, Zoey, was an older German Shepherd who really shaped my understanding of and love for animals. I grew up in a very animal-loving family where caring for pets was seen as an important part of building responsibility and character. I’m very comfortable with big dogs and used to handling high-energy personalities. Now as an adult, I have my own dog, Aries, a sweet and playful 3-year-old Pitbull Lab mix, who I’ve had since she was a puppy. Being a dog owner myself helps me understand how important it is to fully trust the person caring for your pet. I’ve personally used Rover and had great experiences, and I’m excited to provide that same level of care, communication, and reliability to others. I understand a lot of dogs have special needs from anxiety, not being friendly with other dogs, fears of storms and fireworks, and even medication treatments. I have personally fostered hundreds of dogs from puppies to moms to seniors and am acutely aware that sometimes a walk or check in is a bit more. I understand the guilt of a dog parent not being able to check in on their babies or give them enough time during the work week and I’m here to help with that. I am happy to take your dog to parks to socialize safely, handle vet appointments better than your husband or even just reassure you that you are doing your best as a pet parent. I also believe creating a bond of trust and leadership with your dogs is important. I ensure your pet doesn’t get overheated and takes breaks as needed. Weather is funny in Florida and I will make sure you pet can walk, potty and play safely.
About: I have taken care of dogs of all kinds and sizes ever since I was a kid, my neighbors used to have me take care of their dogs while out of town and etc. I have raised 2 puppies up in the past 9 months. I have experience breeding dogs. I love to take long walks with dogs and take them in car rides with me! I’m currently working from home so I have plenty of time and space to play with your pups! I am available all day every day! I don’t have a fenced yard although I have plenty of time to walk with or without the leash with your pups. I have a french bulldog to keep your pup or pups company! I can crate your dog in needed or preferred. Plenty of dog toys around the house and plenty of dog beds! Dogs are allowed on both the couch and bed!

About: Hello there! I’m a teacher and mom to a rambunctious kitten! I’ve had lots of experience as a sitter and pet owner. I use Rover for my own pets so I know the importance of trusting the people you have watching your babies. I send lots of photos and messages so you know your baby is being cared for with the highest attention and quality. I have some experience in administering medication in pill form and insulin via syringe. Since I am a teacher my weekday schedule is limited to evening drop ins only but available on the weekends anytime. During the summer and most breaks I have open availability for daytime visits. About: I’ve been taking care of animals my whole life. my uncle owned a farm with many animals and I would take care of them every week. This is where my love for animals came from. I know how to take care of animals as well know when something is wrong. I have owned animals of all types. I’ve owned dogs as big as American eskimos and small ones like toy poodles. I love long walks/runs, especially when I have a good companion by my side. I am also a cat lover. I once had sheltered 12 cats and eventually found homes for all of them. About: Hello! My name is Lindsay and I’ve been working with rescues around Jacksonville for the past 20 years. I started at humane society and worked with a few locals rescues since and have been around all kinds of dogs and temperaments. I am beginning my dog walking and check in business and will expand to dog boarding for special dogs that can’t always go to traditional Boarding. I understand a lot of dogs have special needs from anxiety, not being friendly with other dogs, fears of storms and fireworks, and even medication treatments. I have personally fostered hundreds of dogs from puppies to moms to seniors and am acutely aware that sometimes a walk or check in is a bit more. I understand the guilt of a dog parent not being able to check in on their babies or give them enough time during the work week and I’m here to help with that. I look forward to creating a consistent client base of wonderful dog families that may be overlooked or unable to be cared for by the standard walker. I am happy to take your dog to parks to socialize safely, handle vet appointments better than your husband or even just reassure you that you are doing your best as a pet parent. While not yet training certified, I have completed training with several trainers and fosters and can help with the basics and/or continue your style of training for additional reinforcement. Above all your dogs happiness and health is the most important.
