“Poor Cynthia ended up having my epileptic dog right when she was having cluster seizures over a several day span. She is on the highest dose of medication that is safe for her but still has seizures every couple of months. Cynthia was so concerned about my dog and kept in communication with me while caring for her and cleaning up the mess 🤦♀️. On top of that, our senior dog who is incontinent left some poop surprise for her! We were able to get back into town a day early but Cynthia bravely held down the fort until we could get there. She really does care deeply about the animals she watches.”

“I was caught in a nightmare situation visiting Jacksonville this weekend after driving three hours to find out the hotel we were staying at had a glitch in their system and listed online they allowed pets but at the hotel they did not. I contacted Brittany early that morning and she responded right away that she could look over my pup while we were in town, and let me drop him off right away (before the hotel could see he’d been there)! Her boyfriend and she were both incredibly welcoming and kind at drop off, kept me updated throughout the day, and was super flexible with pickup! I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter for my pup, who even as a little old man got along with her pups just fine!
