Will strictly adhere to owner requests, so long as they are humane. (Furniture ok vs not allowed, food/walking schedule, treats, etc.). There will be no shortage of affection and attention, assuming the pet is receptive. Open to assisting with reactive or challenging pets. Attempting to build a trusting bond is an inherent desire. Work from home so (brief) walks, potty breaks, playtime, etc can be provided through entirety of day. Longer walks before 8am or after 5pm. Available 24/7 on weekends and holidays. Live alone so no concerns about other pets or children. Have decent sized yard but do require a leash since there is no fence. Safe, quiet, and friendly neighborhood.

About: I’m a college student with a super flexible schedule and a lifelong love for animals! I grew up with dogs, cats, ferrets, birds, and hamsters — so I’m comfortable caring for all kinds of pets. I'm available most hours throughout the week and can be flexible to meet your pet’s needs. My most notable qualities are responsibility and respect; that goes for your home and your pets. I want to make them feel comfortable with a new face and some attention while you’re away! My current work schedule changes week to week but I am very flexible with hours for the days marked available on my calendar. Im comfortable getting up early before work to get their day started. I am available for walking, feeding, play-time, etc. I am unable to keep pets in my apartment at this time but can bring them to hiking trails or dog parks for exercise at your request. About: As someone who grew up raising livestock and pursued a career in wildlife biology, I have cared for far more than just dogs and cats. I can take care of just about any critters you might have at your home, including exotics like rabbits, birds, snakes, and farm animals! I have cared for dogs of all sizes, ages, and energy levels over the years. I have given medication in the form of pills, ointments, and eyedrops. I can also administer subcutaneous injections if needed. I'm allergic to kitties, so I can't stay overnight, but I can feed, water, and scoop litter as needed in houses with cats. I adhere to agricultural biosecurity practices, so if you need farm animals tended I know how to prevent the spread of disease. Currently, I have no other scheduling conflicts besides other pet sitting clients. I am currently available all days of the week and can check animals during typical working hours on weekdays. I am not able to host pets in my house, but I am committed to making your pets feel happy and comfortable in their own home.

About: Let’s start this off with the obvious, we don’t deserve pets. No matter how much we love them they will always love us more, we are their whole life and they are such a big part of ours. This is exactly why I wanted to become a pet sitter, to care after the beautiful four legged angels that care for us so much. I have been a pet sister, pet aunt, and pet parent for my whole life, I’ve always been surrounded by animals even if they aren’t mine so I know exactly how to love and treat them! I currently have three cats in my own home. I love taking dogs for long walks so they have ample time to sniff every suspicious leaf before they finally go potty. I love playing with dogs and cats who want to play or chilling and watching a movie with the ones that just want to sleep. About: I've been house sitting for friends and family since I was 12. It allowed me to supplement my income and work with the animals that I have loved since a young age. I was a vet tech in high school and during the first few summers in college, gaining small animal medicine and husbandry experience. In addition, I worked at a two different doggy day cares throughout my graduate and undergrad degrees, gaining a lot more experience with dogs and a little bit of dog training. Both of these degrees are also in animal science. I love pets of all kinds and have looked after everything from horses to dogs and cats, to birds. I am new to the area as a recent Penn State hire and don’t have established contacts for dog sitting like I did in the areas that I lived for my degrees. I work full-time but have a fair amount of flexibility to work remotely up to 3 or 4 days a week. If you have a stable wifi connection I will be more available to spend time with your pups although there may still be some days I need to be gone for work for up to 8 hours. I am willing to stay with your pets overnight if that is your preference. I will not be boarding dogs as my landlord does not allow pets. I am respectful of your home and space and treat your pets as I would my own!
