“Yaretzi is wonderful. She’s a great communicator, punctual and so great with our Australian Shepherd, Sadie. She can get very excited for her walk and Yaretzi handles it with such patience. Highly recommended her!”

“Andria has been a real help to me this past week with all the weather uncertainty. She is responsible about communicating….. and on time when she is committed to a certain date and time. I think her qualifications are more than adequate for the responsibility she carries in walking our precious pets.”

About: Dogs have always been a part of my life...and my soul! I'm passionate about giving them the best lives possible. I have experience with many different breeds (mostly the beloved mixed breed) through all life stages. I've potty trained both puppies and grown dogs. I significant experience with seniors and navigating their special needs - from mobility assistance to incontinence care. I can't wait to meet your pup! I am currently in between jobs so I have quite open availability for walks as well as boarding. I have plenty of time to take pups out regularly if boarding, so no one has to hold it! I have a spacious open-floor-plan home that's good for play-time. I have 3 dogs of my own. One is senior and keeps to herself. The other two are mixed breed and always up for play! I also have two cats that are very accustomed to being around all kinds of visitors - human and animal alike. My yard is substantial and conducive to running and zoomies. It is enclosed with a safety fence, and I only have neighbors on either side (the back is against a greenway).
About: As a furloughed federal employee, I currently have the flexibility to spend full days caring for your pup. I’ve worked with all kinds of dogs—including a foster who was afraid of women. With patience and consistency, I gained his trust and was able to feed, pet, and walk him. He was returned to us twice, but I never lost faith and hope for him. I’m proud to share he was adopted in summer 2025. As for me, I lost two of my beloved pets not that long ago and I could not find myself to adopt. So, I decide to devote my time to rescues, fostering and caring for your pets as if they are my own. I offer loving, structured care in my home, with a fenced yard, daily walks, timely meals, and clear communication to ensure every dog feels safe and valued. Pet care is woven into my daily routine with consistency and love. I currently work outside the home, so I start each morning early by letting the dogs out for their bathroom break, feeding them, and taking them on a walk before heading to work. In the afternoon, I return home to let them out again, serve their evening meal, and take them on a longer walk to unwind. I usually spend quality time with them in the evening—relaxing, playing, or simply hanging out—before one last bathroom break before bedtime. Their comfort and well-being are always a priority in my schedule. I care for pets exclusively in my home, where they enjoy a safe, structured, and loving environment. I have a fully fenced yard for secure outdoor time, and I also take dogs on daily walks around the neighborhood to keep them active and engaged. On weekends, I’m home and spend as much quality time with the dogs as possible. I follow each pet’s unique needs and communicate regularly with owners to ensure their babies feel comfortable, happy, and well cared for.
About: I'm a lifelong cat and dog owner, and love meeting new furry friends! As a sitter, my goal is to keep your pets as safe and comfortable as possible. I have experience with elderly and special needs dogs, as well as puppies and high energy dogs. While you’re away, I’ll make sure your pets get playtime and exercise. I’m great with shy cats and anxious pups. I'm a freelance writer, which means I am able to make my own schedule! My unique schedule allows me to work with pets and their owners' time needs. I’m currently saving up for a graduate course and love to do theatre in my spare time. I am not currently offering in home stays at my home but I’ll look after your pets as though they were my own. I always check for hazards before I leave, including trash, open doors etc. During inclement weather, I make sure pets are well-taken care of and calm.
About: I spent a lot of my spare time in high school dog walking and sitting for many people in my neighborhood, family, and church members. I have a huge heart for animals and rescued my dog (Nova) about 5 years ago. I have helped to train her in tricks like sitting, lying down, rolling over, and shaking with her paws. She is also kennel trained, potty trained, and does not run off leash without me. As a full-time student, I prioritize my school work and extracurricular activities on campus first. I have created my schedule to end my school day by 2 pm most days so I can be available for pet owners from 3-10 pm during the week. On the weekends I am more flexible and open. I only own one dog currently and I have had her for 5 years. I treat her and every other animal I have taken care of as my pride and joy. I can be flexible and adapt to how the owner wants me to care for their animal, my biggest concern is making sure we stay safe and comfortable.
About: I’ve been dog and cat sitting since I was 10. I’ve worked with cats and dogs with disabilities and those with a range of temperaments and needs. I am currently helping leash train a Great Pyrenees puppy. I’m currently working part time doing Door Dash and studying for the MCAT, so I’ll have plenty of time and flexibility to take care of pets! I am hard working and detail-oriented. I make sure to follow instructions to fit the specific needs of the pet I am taking care of.
About: I am 20, about to be a sophomore at San Antonio college. Since I was 13 I’ve taken care of my own pets. I also have cared for pets that the families I babysit for have. We also have been fostering Great Danes for the last 2 years. Over the 2022 summer, I potty trained 2 Great Dane puppies, I also taught them how to sit, stay, and overall manners. I love animals and truly enjoy having them around. I currently can’t do boarding because I am training my own dog but I have any availability to housesit/dogsit. I have references if you’d like one just let me know 😁 I am a sophomore in college but it is online. I just started working at Freddy’s but I am unaware of my schedule just yet . I care for my own dog, she is 5 years old American stafforshire terrier. I feed her, take her to the dog park, walk her, bathe her, and overall care for her. Though my mother does help me out when I’m busy. I make sure the dogs I’m caring for are let out when needed, I play with them as much as I can, and I feed them when they are scheduled to be fed. I love playing with dogs so I’d play with them and take them out on walks.
About: I’ve taken care of my yellow lab since I was 16. I’ve bonded with all relatives dogs even if not my own. I love helping. I’m currently working part time so I’m available at any time any day or week unless noted otherwise. My schedule is flexible to everyone here. I talk to my dog in a playful loving voice, and I know his body language. When he’s telling me something, I get to work.

My cat knows tricks like sit, stand up, come here, no, etc. I had a hyper labrador who I loved, trained, and took running/walking for over 15 years. I have had my bearded dragon for 16 years and he chases the cat. I had maybe 30 other pets when I was a kid growing up including fish, reptiles, rodents, insects, dogs, and cats etc. I am very experienced setting up/maintaining saltwater and freshwater aquariums as well. I am honest, reliable, and a true animal lover. i am currently unemployed and have lots of availability. I will be available evenings and weekends after beginning work again. I am very adaptable and good at communicating. I do not have a yard, but I do have a spare room if needed, which I use for kittens and strays or foster animals.
Redland Woods dog parents share their Rover experiences
Andria was a life saver! I was out of town and my husband‘s back issues prevented him from taking Poppy on her regular walks. Andria came to the rescue. She was even able to come a little earlier than we booked to avoid the heat. We highly recommend, and will not hesitate to call Andria again!

Julie is awesome! We had a last minute trip to San Antonio for an event that would have us gone for most of the day. We used Julie to take our dogs out for a walk midway through. She did a quick meet and greet with our two French bulldogs prior. She handled our very energetic 10-month old puppies very well for their walk, spent a little play time with them, and even sent pictures to update. Highly recommend her!
