“Youpi had a fine time with Lorrie and her dogs. That's unusual for him because he's usually afraid of big dogs and I was a little concerned about that. But with Lorrie's calming effect and the dogs' friendly attitude he learned that not all big dogs are scary. She credits that with the fact that they are foster dogs and have seen many boarders come and go. It was a great relief to know that he was safe and I was able to get my work done without feeling anxious about him. Thank you Lorrie for the wonderful photos and video. It worked out great!”

About: I have always loved animals since I was a little girl. I started fostering dogs from time to time when the local shelter has needed some extra help for the past year. I’ve had experience with different types of breeds and some with different medical conditions. I do work full time but, I’m available for boarding on the weekends and weekdays after 4pm! I always enjoy spending time with furry friends! I provide a safe environment for your pet and I am very patient and calm with pets that are withdrawn or scared. I have a 4 year old Husky that would be a great companion as well and if not, I can place her in her crate.

“Genae was accommodating, easy going and understanding. She took good care of all 3 of my fur babies and made accommodations when they had a hard night away from home. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an awesome sitter with an ideal place for smaller dogs, as she has them herself.”

“We could not say anything better about Jessi and her ohana. She is, simply said, the BEST caregiver for your dog. She’s attentive, gives constant updates with photos and loves your pet (almost) better than you could. Our Koda was sad to leave them all.”

“Kimberly was amazing. She’s responsive and professional. I had peace of mind the day I left Rocco with her. She provided daily updates with pictures or a video. I recommend booking with Kimberly and I’ll definitely use her again.”

“I had an excellent experience with [Dog Sitter’s Name]. She was incredibly flexible and always willing to accommodate any requests I had. Her communication was top-notch—she kept me updated and responded quickly whenever I reached out. Most importantly, she treated my dog with so much care and affection, making sure he was happy and comfortable the whole time and sent pictures to show me!. I felt completely at ease knowing he was in such good hands. Highly recommend!”

“Jessie and her family were wonderful. I felt totally comfortable leaving Buddy with her. She sent pictures daily of Buddy and she showed us her backyard and house so we could see where he would be staying. We feel so lucky to have found her. Thank you Jessie!”

“She's wonderful! We were on vacation and she boarded our shy dog for 3 nights. She gave me daily updates and made us feel welcomed & well communicated with! We knew our special girl was taken well care of. 💗”

“I felt good knowing that my dog was safe and being cared for and loved while at Nancy and Don's. He came home happy and healthy and Nancy and Don seemed to really enjoy his company too, which feels even better.”

“Jennifer is really nice and accommodating. She even took care of our pit Jada with short notice. She provided daily updates for Jada including photos of their activities. We found the perfect dogsitter for Jada in the Redding area, and we look forward to her dogsitting Jada in the near future. Thanks again Jennifer!”

About: I have been involved in raising dogs, cats, livestock and more since I was in diapers. The first part of my childhood was spent living with Shitzu's, while the second half was spent with Bull Mastiffs, shepherds and other medium-large breeds. Simultaneously, I was involved in the caretaking of many cats, sheep, pigs, horses and more fun kinds of animals. I was the kid our neighbors often relied on to care for their pets when they went out of town. My favorite thing about adulthood, and even apart of motherhood that I love, is being able to continue bringing animals into our lives and loving on them for as long as we can. I am also a part-time photographer and will use any chance I can to photograph animals! I am currently a full-time homemaker, caring for our three kids ages 12, 6 and 3 while my husband works full-time as a Law Enforcement Officer. I am an at home baker, part-time teacher to our kids and spend any free time with our pets, family, reading a book or doing creative projects. The majority of my days are spent at home with my kids and our pets. Our cat, Sherlock, is timid at first meeting but quickly warms once he knows mom approves. And our pack of two dogs, Watson and Timber, are always here with us too. We love this close-knit community and there is no shortage of love in this home for animals, that's for sure! We have a moderately sized home with a long, decent sized fenced in backyard. There is a covered kennel in the backyard in addition to a covered patio filled with dog beds and toys for dogs to relax in. Our dogs enjoy swinging with the kids on the tree swing out back or splashing in the plastic puppy pool. In the home, our dogs are welcome anytime, although they prefer to be outside since their double coat makes them easily adjust to outside weather. We are able to crate your pup(s) if needed or they can have free reign of the house while they are visiting. I have experience giving medications and vaccinations, so if needed, your pup would be in good hands no matter what the case.

About: With 3 fully fenced acres, loving hosts and a built-in best friend (our dog Sunny), your dog is sure to have a great time and be well loved by us all. My family is great with dogs and loves to help take care of them! I've raised animals all my life, from pets to livestock. Animal care has been a huge part of my life as well as the connection that comes with knowing and loving each one of them. My husband works from home, and I am a stay-at-home mom, so your pet would be in good care. My husband and I work from home, so we are available to provide care during the weekdays. We are available for hosting over weekends and holidays when we are not out of town! We have 3 fully fenced acres to run and play on, as well as a large dog kennel that is even more securely fenced. We also have a pool courtyard that is gated in and so securely fenced and so there are plenty of options for safe and secure outdoor play. Dogs are more than welcomed in the house. We have one pet - the worlds friendliest dog - named Sunny who loves furry friends and will be a willing playmate for your pet. If your dog is a fence jumper, we will need to know right away as we live on a busy road that can be very dangerous for the dogs. We have young children and so will not accept aggressive dogs for everyone's safety.

“We used Isaiah for our first trip away from our puppy, and he was great! He sent updates with pictures and videos throughout the stay. Definitely recommending to others and will use again.”

“Kira did an amazing job watching our sweet 5month old pup. She sent us updates and photos on how River was doing while my husband and I were on our Mini-Moon. We had just taken River to the groomers prior to boarding her and were joyfully surprised that she was still so clean when we picked her up! We will definitely be using Kira’s services again.”

About: I’m a RN, with a passion for animals. A mom of 3 fur babies and 2 human babies 💕 longest pet sitting was a week, I have been around animals all my life and are very comfortable around them. I’m a home health nurse. So I’m gone around 4 hrs a day. However my husband works nights. So there is always someone at the home with the animals. I try to start my day early so I can have time to walk the pups before it gets too hot or later in the evening when it cools down. I have a fenced yard with 3 friendly dogs that love to play, who have also always been around different dogs. We have tile flooring so if there’s an accident no worries! We have a doggy door so they have full access to the tiled living room area and the back yard for them to come and go as they please. I care for animals in other homes based on instructions from that specific client.
