She is highly reliable and communicative and made being away as pain free as possible. She updated me multiple times a day and sent daily pictures. She was with them the whole time and let me know when she was leaving (which was only once) and when she got back. She went above and beyond! She also took care of our reptiles water for the week. Before we even got home, she had taken out garbages and cleaned as if she was never even here which was so thoughtful and we didn’t even have to ask. Our girls love her and can’t wait for their next visit. I cannot recommend Serena enough!
