I would do anything needed to help your fur babies be comfortable when you aren't home. Regular communication (who doesn’t like photos of their dog or cat while they're at work?) and understanding of their care preferences are core actions I prioritize!

Let me know if your dog has any special needs or behaviors that I can account for. Such as if your pet needs to have medication given to them, I am familiar with giving dogs (and some cats) pills.

I love to stimulate your dogs physically and mentally. We'll play a bunch of games, check out all the new & old places in the neighborhood, and make sure your fur baby makes a bunch of new memories

I have loved and lived with furry friends my entire life, and have been a professional animal caretaker since 2019 after graduating from the CTC vetinary assistant program. Since then, I have cared for hundreds of animals while working at the PetSmart hotel.

Serena is AMAZING!!! She watched our 2 dogs while we went on a week long vacation. We have a 15 and 5 year old dog and are very protective over them, especially the 15 year old. It’s been hard to find the right person to watch after our babies and thus hard to go away and trust that they will be taken care of the way we do when we are home. Serena exceeded our expectations!! She is highly reliable and communicative and made being away as pain free as possible. She updated me multiple times a day and sent daily pictures. She was with them the whole time and let me know when she was leaving (which was only once) and when she got back. She went above and beyond! She also took care of our reptiles water for the week. Before we even got home, she had taken out garbages and cleaned as if she was never even here which was so thoughtful and we didn’t even have to ask. Our girls love her and can’t wait for their next visit. I cannot recommend Serena enough!
Serena was amazing! Our dog loves her and she was very communicative throughout the whole process.
Serena was a wonderful sitter. She sent lots of updates, videos, and pictures so l knew my pups were in good hands and to help me miss them a little less. I highly recommend Serena. I will definitely be booking with her in the future when needed!
