“Akaycia did a great job with Lily, Penny and Sophie. Everyone was well taken care of and happy. They almost seemed upset that she was leaving. Lily and Penny can be quite a handful with them both being puppies still. They can be full of energy but she handled them great. Also we had no expectations of her cleaning the house up from two shedding Collies but she tried her best to do it even though we never showed her where the vacuum was. Will definitely try to hire her again if we go anywhere.”

About: My journey began when I worked for the Humane League in Lancaster. From there, I started caring for friends' and families' pets over the years, as well as my own. I have owned both cats and dogs; currently, I have a Great Dane/Labrador Mix and a mini dachshund. My experience caring for dogs includes bathing, ear cleaning, teething brushing, walks, fetch, feeding, medication administration, and just hanging out! All breeds WELCOME, both BIG and small! I do work full-time, but I am available during the week, early mornings, evenings, and nights. Since I do not work weekends, I have open availability. I do not work holidays, and am available during those times as well. I look forward to caring for your fur babies! Pet parents can trust that I will follow whatever instructions are provided to me. My professional job is in Human Resources, so I understand the importance of following the rules, and I believe in caring for a pet the same way I would want mine cared for.

She kept me updated throughout the stay with messages and photos, and I could tell my dogs were happy, relaxed and well cared for the entire time. About: I have had various dogs since I was a child including dachshunds, jack russels, and chihuahuas. I’ve always helped around the house and with the animals. (We’ve even had goats, chickens, goats, and a pig! So I know how to handle different dynamics.) I have trained and taken care of my own dachshund puppy over the past two years. I’ve taught him tricks, crate trained him, and navigated how to walk on a leash properly. As an early grad I am working to build my schedule with work. I make time for what’s important to me and that includes YOUR FURRY BABIES! I do have one part time job but I am very flexible with my availability. If you prefer me to be present at the house 24/7 I will! If you are okay with me working a shift or two while petsitting I can do that as well. All I need is communication! I will act and provide my services based on you and your pets needs. I am comfortable to give medicine, take your pets out for potty breaks any time they need, to crate them or share a bed for my stay.

About: i work at an animal rescue as a animal care behavior specialist. I’ve also worked with animals for every job i’ve had since i was 16. I’ve also dog/cat sat for the past four years as well i’m currently working full time and have off on sundays and monday. On the days i work, i work 9-5:30 sometimes getting done earlier on occasion. I currently have a whole separate room to separate cats from my own. I work in animal welfare and know how important sanitization is a well.

About: I worked at a professional Dog Boarding facility for about two years. I’ve worked with all different kinds of breeds as well as cats. I gave meals walks as well as medication’s. I’ve dealt with many situations with many kinds of dogs, and I’m prepared to love and care for your fur baby. I am currently a part-time worker, so I am only scheduled three days a week. With enough notice even on those three days I can still love and care for your animals. I currently have a dog of my old, so I care for every day. She is a senior dog, so I am well-versed in having to care for dogs who may need extra services.

About: Hi I'm Dani! I have been passionate about animals my whole life and even went vegetarian when I was 12. I love all kinds of animals even the creepy and scaly kind. I have had experience with bunnies, cats, dogs, fish, goats, and chickens. In childhood I had some brief experience with horses as well. I currently have two inside cats, one barn cat, two chickens, and six goats! Pet care is part of my daily life and routine as my cat is always by my side when I am home. Usually I will help take our dogs out when needed or feed the goats etc. I will love and treat your animals with the upmost respect. It's important to me to also not cross any boundaries that would make your animals uncomfortable.
