“This was perfect for what I needed. We had no local friends or family that could take our cat. We were going to be away but he couldn't be at the house because we were having work done on it while we were gone. They took our cat into their home. I was surprised to see they had other cats when I arrived. But one question on the survey was if your pet does well with other cats, which he does, but cats tend to not be friendly with new cats initially so I was a bit worried they'd fight, but they had a separate area, a sun room that they allowed Sox to adjust in and during the week they had sent pictures of him being inside the home on the couch so obviously it was fine. I actually never met or dealt with Sarah only her Mom. Which I felt was odd. I was expecting the person pictured, the person I paid. Her Mom was lovely and clearly there were no issues and my cat was returned safely to me, I just felt it was odd the Sarah was sleeping or "resting because she works a lot" both times I was there. I didn't take any stars off my review for that, because again the service accomplished what I needed which was my cat to be cared for outside of my home.”
“We were desperate last minute for someone to watch our dog on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. We reached out to Lydianis and her husband Alex on Rover. They were very quick to respond and continued with good communication throughout the entire time they had my dog. They took the time, at a very busy time of year, to meet us on the Sunday before at a local park and introduced their beautiful Lab Chase to us. Seeing how well they handled Chase and how understanding they were of Clementine’s intimidation, really eased our minds of my small dog being around a bigger dog and it showed how compassionate these two fun dog loving people are towards their guest dogs and owners. Prior to Clem's stay, they asked all the right questions about how to care for her and what they could do to help with any anxiety, when to feed her how much, etc., We felt very comfortable with them and liked both of them very much! I dont like kennels and going on group dog walks isnt enough for my dogs and I've very particular with who watches them. About: I’ve had all kinds of pets since I was a toddler. I grew up on a farm. I love all animals and treat them with compassion! Some people call me the real Snow White. I’ve rehabbed / saved several wild animals back to their natural environment. I can provide the care needed for your furbaby whether its special needs, puppy, lazy or hyper baby - I am ready and willing to treat them like family. There will always be someone home during the work week.. I have a flexible work schedule. I work in the office few times a week; however, work is only a mile away so I come home for an hour lunch break at noon (Schedule is 8-5). My husband works overnight (remote) and sleeps for few hours in the early mornings then takes the dogs for a walk later in the afternoon. We are typically home during the weekends with few hours here and there for errands. There will never be a time we are gone for more than 4 hours at a time. I have walking trails in the area to walk your dogs within my community. I have a small backyard for small dogs or seniors; if walks are not part of their daily routine. If they enjoy car rides I am happy to take them on small local trails or a local doggy park. I have 2 loving chihuahuas who will keep your baby/babies company. My boys are crate trained, but I am flexible with your needs. I am happy to crate or not crate based on your preference.

About: I've had dogs in my life since I was in my 20s. I have crate and potty trained all my dogs. I have patience and compassion for dogs. I would often meet up with friends and family at house party gathering and dog park gatherings to socialize my dogs and to show them love, companionship, and that they are a member of the family not only a pet. About: My whole live I have always had animals and/or was surrounded by them. I have taken care of families pets and homes since I was around 10 and have had my own pet care experience since I was around 6. Pets are family. And with me, they will be treated as such! This summer my availability is open and flexible due to only working part time. I have a lot of weekends open and even more weekdays. During my time with your pets, I will focus on keeping them active and using enrichment techniques when needed. If you have pets with a bit more anxiety, we can also relax at home.
About: I have had and taken care of several of my own dogs in the past. I have a couple years of experience with house and dog sitting for family and close friends! Also I’m willing to take care of plants and will keep the home clean! I work a full time job between 7-4 Monday through Friday in Lancaster city. But if housesitting, I am available to take dogs on a walk in the morning and right after work! On weekends, I am typically very open. In my home: I do not have a fenced in yard, but I do have a large yard to run around in when I need to take a dog out for a potty break. I have a nice neighborhood to take the dog on long walks when needed. I have plenty of space in my home for the dog to run around in. Clients home: I can be at the clients home whenever is needed outside of my work schedule. I am willing to take care of the dog however they are typically taken care of.
About: I’ve taken care of dogs of all sizes! Both big and small and even the medium sized ones. I’m very patient and understanding when it comes to meeting all of your pets needs. I love giving baths and grooming as well! I currently work full-time in ABA services and I am in college! Trust me when I say I have time to fit lots of pet care into my schedule :) I usually only work mornings so after 4:30pm I am free all day. I also do not work weekends! My eyes are never wandering and I always keep a good eye on your pet! I also am open to sending updates on how your pet is doing as well. My puppy is always on a leash when outside and I would do the same for your pet too.
About: I’ve been taking care of dogs and cats of all ages ever since I was a kid, but professionally for the last 5 years. I have the care and patience it takes to put your little love at ease! At the moment I am able to dedicate Sundays and weekday evenings to your sweet baby! More availability may be added in the future as well. “We were desperate last minute for someone to watch our dog on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. We reached out to Lydianis and her husband Alex on Rover. They were very quick to respond and continued with good communication throughout the entire time they had my dog. They took the time, at a very busy time of year, to meet us on the Sunday before at a local park and introduced their beautiful Lab Chase to us. Seeing how well they handled Chase and how understanding they were of Clementine’s intimidation, really eased our minds of my small dog being around a bigger dog and it showed how compassionate these two fun dog loving people are towards their guest dogs and owners. Prior to Clem's stay, they asked all the right questions about how to care for her and what they could do to help with any anxiety, when to feed her how much, etc., We felt very comfortable with them and liked both of them very much! “I have two high drive, high energy Dutch shepherds and wasnt able to find a sitter I felt could understand or handle their every. I dont like kennels and going on group dog walks isnt enough for my dogs and I've very particular with who watches them. I have a female and Male who are both intact and she was very understandable, didnt even bother her. I drove an HOUR away just to have the right person look after my dogs and will use her from now on!”
