Heidi is amazing! She has this beautiful combination of a peaceful spirit when she’s around the dogs, but she’s extremely high energy and friendly and bubbly and just a really colorful person and I am so glad that we have connected. You can tell that she really does care about the animals and makes it a point. I would imagine to make my dog feel like he’s the only dog in the world and he is happier and more exercised and it really truly has been a blessing!

Shanna is great! Lola thinks the world of her. She's super responsive and has even gone out of her way to pull me out of a jam with a last minute walk when I got stuck at work. A true dog lover. Couldn't ask for more! I would highly recommend Her to others looking for care for their pup.

About: I have over 10 years of hands on animal care experience, including 4 years in the veterinary field. I graduated from SUNY Delhi in 2018 as a Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT), which allows me to confidently care for dogs with a wide range of needs. I am home full time, so your dog will receive consistent supervision, attention, and care in a calm, structured environment. Pet care is a natural part of my daily routine since I am home full time. This allows me to offer a flexible schedule and provide attentive care throughout the day, including short notice bookings when available. My home is safe, comfortable, and designed with dogs in mind. We have a doggy door leading out to a fully fenced yard for playtime, plus I live just minutes from local parks for walks and enrichment. I also have two friendly, social dogs, so all guests must be comfortable around other dogs.

Showed up early every morning before the heat to get a small walk in for our older dog! Then played and loved on him the rest of the time. We appreciated you meeting him first and will love keeping you for future trips if your up to it! Sent daily pics in the notes and was very communicative and friendly!

About: I'm from Costa Rica, but I've been in AZ for 10 years now. I've had dogs pretty much my whole life. Now I live in Tempe near the mall, and there's a park right by my apartment. My job's flexible, so I can give whatever care is needed. I love all breeds. I work from home for Bank of America, so I get off around 3 or 4, depending on daylight savings. I've got a play area in the living room with pee pads and toys for the pets, and I'll make sure to walk them when it's cooler in the morning and evening. In my home, I create a calm, clean environment where pets can relax, get regular potty breaks, exercise, and plenty of attention. In a client’s home, I carefully follow their instructions for feeding, walks, medications, and routines so their pet feels secure in their familiar space. I believe consistency, patience, and communication are important, and I always treat every pet like they are my own.

Cris is an angel of a person, radiating positivity and care! She walked my three dogs every day for nearly two weeks and was absolutely exceptional. Her communication was outstanding—she kept me informed of every detail, ensuring I always knew how my pups were doing. What truly sets her apart is her awareness and caution. She was incredibly mindful of the environment, actively avoiding areas where off-leash dogs were roaming to keep mine safe. It’s clear that she genuinely loves animals and has the biggest heart. I am astounded by her level of care and attention. She went above and beyond in every way, and I trust her completely with my dogs. If you’re looking for someone who will treat your pets like her own, look no further. Highly recommend!

Whether you want a solo or group walk depends on your dog's personality. Solo walks can be beneficial for dog parents with reactive dogs, puppies, or dogs who are anxious around unfamiliar animals. Many dog walkers on Rover offer private, one-on-one walking services.

Group walks are a good fit for social dogs who enjoy structured walks. If your dog prefers the energy of a group stroll, ask your dog walker about group walks in your Randolph. Since all dog walkers are local, they may have a neighborhood dog who is a good walking companion to yours.

For dog walking services, you can request a report card update with specifics about your dog’s walk. Report cards require photos and can include a map of the walking route , total walk time, poop and pee breaks, and distance traveled, so you know exactly where your dog has been walking in Randolph.

Got specific details you'd like the dog walker to include? Message them in the app before your dog’s walk begins.

The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.

All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.

Every walker on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.

Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .

Yes, you can find walkers who have experience with handling special pet needs in Randolph. On Rover:

  • 95% of walkers can help with special care needs
  • 99% can help with giving oral medications or injections
  • 99% can help with daily exercise

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
