Anne and Joaquin were amazing! I’m recovering from foot surgery and have not been able to take my very active Aussie on our normal 2-3 daily hikes, so he was a bit rambunctious to say the least. After the first walk with Joaquin, Ruger literally starting waiting by the window for him each morning, and was nice and calm by the time they came back from their walks. I could get used to this! Will definitely be booking with them again.

About: Hello! I’m so excited to be starting this new journey and can’t wait to meet your dogs! I’ve raised both of my own dogs from puppies—they are now 8 and 10 years old. I have experience caring for a high-needs, anxiety-prone dog as well as a gentle giant Saint Bernard, so I understand that every dog has their own unique personality and needs. Whether your pup enjoys long walks, extra patience, or plenty of love and attention, I’ll treat them like one of my own while they’re in my care. I look forward to earning your trust and giving your pet a safe, fun, and loving experience. I’ve just relocated to Arizona from Colorado and looking for regular clients to serve in my new area. Taking on weekly clients and drop ins too. I’ll be caring for your pets like they are my own. I know the stress of finding good pet care and I hope to take some of that away from you.

About: My names Chris. I’m 33 years old. I’m a caring person as I work at an elementary school k-5. Needless to say, I have patients. I decided to put my love for pets to the test with your help. I’ve lived with three dogs for about 10 years of my life till I l moved out of my parents house. When two passed I couldn’t get another, so here I am Giraffes are my favorite animals. Always free because it’s summer and I don’t work. I have free time. It’s summer and teachers don’t work haha. So as a side gig hopefully turned full time I’d like to watch your pets and show them the love they deserve while you’re away. I’m a huge animal lover. I’ve taken care of dogs for many years and love a big one as I’m tall. Small dogs are cute too! Don’t have a dog well I’ve lived with snakes and tortoises. What ever animal you have I’m sure I’ll be a good fit to learn and understand how to care for them as you would

We currently have 2 cats named Munchie and Honey, we’ve fostered many puppies and kittens over the years, house-sat and walked dogs for lots of families, and taken care of many animals in my time as a nanny. I have experience in administering medicine to sick animals as well :) I will be available full time! I’m very flexible as I work from home, so I could be home with the animals all day or available anytime for a walk :) I am the main caretaker, but my husband accompanies me as much as he’s available to with his work schedule. We will ensure your pets are loved and cared for in every way! We will administer walks, food, treats, and lots of pets - either in our home or in yours! I currently am working from home so I have an open schedule for walks, playtime, check-ins, or boarding! I hope to do more walks and check ins so I can fill my schedule :) My husband will also accompany me when his schedule allows. We are very gentle and caring with animals. We have a backyard and I am also happy to take the animals out on a walk or anywhere to get some playtime in. I love to play with toys and give treats!

About: New to the Casa Grande area! I’ve had hands on experience working with dogs of many breeds ranging from different sizes and temperaments. I’ve enjoyed training young pups by potty training as well as mature dogs who have some stubborn habits. I have experience with both pet sitting and drop-in visits. I believe we all get busy and keeping our dogs in the same routine helps keep everyone more sane! At the moment I’m flexible to work in a dog any day throughout the week. As long as it doesn’t interfere with a few time blocks I have set aside for other clients pets. I’m available enough to make sure your pet has the time to have potty breaks, feeding, play time or walks multiple times a day. Having a list for your dog helps me follow their routine as close as possible regarding feeding times, medications, play times or even when they’re allowed to have treats. Comfort and safety are my top priorities that’s why I love sending update photos. I also understand coming into a clients home means entering your dogs space as well and I value respecting the environment.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats of every kind since I can remember. Because of this I have experience with puppies, senior animals and ones who require a special diet or insulin injections. I’m currently working part time with short hours. So I have a lot of availability for walks, drop in visits and giving your pets the time and attention they deserve. I have a fenced backyard with an accessible doggy door and a goofy American PitBull Terrier who loves everything, although preferably no male dogs bigger than him. I also have a shy cat who likes to keep to herself.

Cris is an angel of a person, radiating positivity and care! She walked my three dogs every day for nearly two weeks and was absolutely exceptional. Her communication was outstanding—she kept me informed of every detail, ensuring I always knew how my pups were doing. What truly sets her apart is her awareness and caution. She was incredibly mindful of the environment, actively avoiding areas where off-leash dogs were roaming to keep mine safe. It’s clear that she genuinely loves animals and has the biggest heart. I am astounded by her level of care and attention. She went above and beyond in every way, and I trust her completely with my dogs. If you’re looking for someone who will treat your pets like her own, look no further. Highly recommend!

About: Hi! My name is Kelly, and I have 10 years of experience caring for dogs and cats of all sizes, breeds, and personalities. I grew up with Giant to medium-sized dogs, including Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Mastiffs, Labrador Retrievers, and Australian Heelers. I've also cared for smaller breeds such as Pomeranians, Chihuahuas, and Maltese through pet sitting and dog walking. My caregiving style is patient, calm, and playful. When meeting a new pet, I believe in letting them set the pace. Rather than forcing interaction, I give dogs space to become comfortable, let them approach me on their own, and allow them to learn my scent and presence naturally. This approach has helped me build trust with both outgoing and shy dogs. I enjoy spending time outdoors with pets, whether that's a morning walk, playtime, or simply relaxing together. I have also volunteered with the Pinal County Animal Shelter, where I helped walk and socialize dogs. Additionally, I have worked with Maricopa County's Animal Shelter for their "Tails around town" program, where I would take out and care for adoptive animals for the day, allowing them to socialize and meet their potential new families! Through both volunteer work and personal experience, I've become comfortable working with dogs of different sizes, energy levels, and temperaments. I'm currently a student at Northern Arizona University and have professional experience in caregiving and service-oriented roles, which have strengthened my reliability, communication skills, and attention to detail. Whether your pet needs a walk, a drop-in visit, or overnight care in their own home, I will treat them with the same care and respect I would give my own. I look forward to meeting you and your furry family members! I'm available whenever your furry family needs me! I'm currently home from college and have a very flexible schedule, allowing me to build my routine around the pets and families I work with. Whether it's early morning walks, midday drop-ins, evening visits, or overnight stays, I'm able to adapt my schedule to meet your pet's needs. Pet care is something I genuinely enjoy and look forward to. I love getting to know each pet's unique personality and building trust with them over time. My goal is to provide reliable, consistent care while giving owners peace of mind knowing their pets are being treated like family. I try to make a pet's time away from their owner feel as normal as possible. Every animal is different, so I don't believe in taking the exact same approach with every pet. Some dogs want to play immediately, while others need time to warm up. Some cats want attention right away, while others prefer to observe from across the room first. When meeting a new pet, I usually let them come to me. I give them space to get comfortable, learn my scent, and interact at their own pace. I've found that being patient and calm helps build trust much faster than forcing attention or excitement. Having owned and cared for breeds ranging from Rottweilers, Pit Bulls, Mastiffs, and Heelers to Chihuahuas, Pomeranians, and Maltese, I'm comfortable adapting to different personalities, energy levels, and routines. Whether your pet enjoys a morning walk, playtime in the yard, or simply having someone nearby while you're away, I'm happy to meet them where they're at. I also understand that I'm not just caring for your pet but I'm a guest in your home. I make an effort to keep things tidy, follow your instructions carefully, and provide updates so you can enjoy your time away knowing your pet is in good hands.

About: I love the outdoors and cardio! I would be honored to walk or run your dog(s). I run up to 3 miles at a time on a normal day without dogs and would love to add to my cardio time with fun company. I work from home 80% of the time and am free all weekend! I'm up early mornings and done with work by the early evening. I'm outside and running when I can, and would love for your dog to join :) I am great at keeping up with active/reactive and energized doggos. I love big dogs who can keep up with my runs but also love to walk slower doggos who like to stop and smell the roses. I am up for dog parks, parks with tracks, hiking trails, or a stroll through the neighborhood. I am happy to help socialize your dog on our walks as well.

As you can see we have 3 dogs, we have two Mastiffs Kodak and Harlie Girl they are our gentle giants, crazy little clowns. Ok maybe not so little lol, Kodak is our talker and Harlie is our bulldozer. They see themselves has lap dogs, Neat story on why we named them, we got married in Kodak TN at Thunderhead Harley Davidson. Our sweet boy Ruger is a laid back man he too is a talker and loves to play ball. My husband had Ruger before we meet but he has become my boy also trust me if I move all 3 of them are up and going with me. They are my little pack. They are our family, our four legged children. ❤️❤️❤️❤️. My back ground just doesn’t stem from having animals. Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
