About: I’ve been petsitting/housesitting for 8 years in San Diego CA and when I travel for petsitting. My experience with animals ranges from a wide variety of chickens, goats, pigs, a pet cow, horses, lizards, snakes and turtles as well as; cats and dogs of all shapes and sizes I am available most weekdays for drop ins and walks; with limited weekend availability depending on the week. If my schedule shows I am available through the weekend, then I am! For dog day care or boarding I am the primary caretaker but there are two extra sets of hands available. I currently look from home during this part of the year and have a flexible schedule to accommodate! We have a fully fenced in yard and prefer to take in only one families dogs at a time. If you dog is comfortable with it or prefers it, I am happy to take them on outings with me around town. I live walking distance to a shopping center and a few parks. Safety is very important to me as well as keeping the animals safe. I expect that all dogs and cats I care for to be non aggressive and properly trained to be safe to all in public. If they are not I require that it be disclosed in full and discussed with me prior to the sit, drop in, or walking; I am familiar with and can accommodate almost all behaviors but I do require it to be disclosed before proceeding. My priority is the comfort of your pet within their environment as well as the safety of all within that environment including your pet. If there are any quirks or triggers that your pets exhibit it is expected that they be disclosed when booking a walk, drop in or house sit as they can be accommodated if they are disclosed before the walk/visit. Please disclose if your cat is a frequent scratcher or biter, or if you dog has a rage/bite history for the safety of all parties.

Jim was extremely attentive to not only our old dog’s needs, but he also took care of our house as if it were his own. We had Reshini come stay at our home for about 13 days and take care of our dog Zoey. She met her first and we thought that was great. She sent daily pictures of Zoey both morning and night and did a fantastic job taking care of her and making us feel as though Zoey was in great hands. Highly recommend!
Reilly and Gavin were great, I would definitely use them again. Our older dog sadly declined quite suddenly while we were away and they were very helpful and concerned for him. They took him to the emergency vet for us and kept us up to date on what was happening. Highly recommend.
Megan was awesome!! She was very communicative and spent extra time playing with my cats. It is nerve wracking to leave our fur babies in the care of someone new, but Megan put me completely at ease. I will definitely look to book her next time I go on vacation and recommend her without hesitation!
Elizabeth was extreme kind and attentive to our 3 animals-2 large dogs and a kitten. She was available for check ins whenever I reached out to her. She handled pet accidents as well as voiced concerns when our dogs were eating cat food. She was extremely respectful of our home and flexible with our times of leaving and coming back. She was even available to check on the animals on Christmas Eve and Christmas. I woll 100% rebook with Elizabeth on our next vacation.
Jacob is delightful to work with! Great communicator and our dogs loved him from the second they met him. Very respectful and smart young man and we would definitely use Jacob again. Left detailed notes and he was very open to caring for our dogs based off schedule. Jacob stayed in our home overnight for 3 nights. Felt comfortable trusting him to take care of our home and dogs while we were away.
