About: I’ve taken care of animals most of my life. I have had dogs and cats as pets and have taken care of both for other people. I currently have a one year old puppy who is very active, so we run/walk the trails daily. I’m happy to do long walks or daily check ins and I can do overnight sitting but my home is too small to have another dog overnight for multiple nights. I’m comfortable with puppies and older dogs. I’m located in Kings Beach and would like to stay within 10 miles. Currently on a career sabbatical. I’m doing freelance work now and would like to focus on pet sitting/walking. I’m available all day minus Sunday/Monday. As long as I have notice, I can be flexible with my schedule. As for pet sitting, I prefer to not have pets at my home overnight. I have a fenced yard, if I bring dogs to play here before going on a walk. Before booking with me, please provide your pets daily routine and any other information that is important for me to know about your pet.

About: I have taken dog training classes at the local animal shelter. I offer puppies plenty of time for teething tug-of-war and have tons of patience with the geriatric slow walkers. I work part time, close to home, which offers plenty of time for dog walking, drop ins and over night care. My hours are flexible. I would keep your dog safe on a leash and have a large crate if that would help them feel secure in a different environment.

I grew up on a horse farm and helped care for 10+ horses, 8+ dogs (including a litter of puppies), dozens of cats, chickens, peacocks, guinea pigs, fish, rabbits, and llamas. I have experience with all sorts of temperaments, behavioral challenges, and medical issues. I have experience administering medication and can adapt care to your pet’s specific needs. I would love the opportunity to put my skills to work and care for your pet, let me know if you have any questions! I work remotely from home and can provide care in the evenings (after 5pm) and on weekends. I am pretty flexible in the evenings and on the weekends. About: I grew up in Tahoe and love all the wildlife and nature! My grandparents founded one of Oregon’s first canine-crisis-response therapy dog organizations, inspiring my lifelong passion for animals. I’ve raised two Portuguese water dogs and a cat named Merlin. I’ve volunteered at shelters, and studied the human-canine bond in college. I no longer have pets of my own, so I love to spend time with friends' pets and take their dogs on adventures. They always come back tired and happy! I've cared for animals with special dietary and medicinal needs, and I'm good at making friends with shy animals. I would love to meet your pet! I work Monday through Friday, 7am to 3pm. Unfortunately I am unable to visit your pet in the middle of these hours, so if they can't be alone for 8-9 hours, i encourage you to look for a sitter who better fits your needs. Sorry for the inconvenience! I can't bring your pet to my home due to my roommates' 3 cats, but I am happy to make sure your pet can maintain their normal routine in your home, so they can stay fit, happy, and healthy.

About: Hello! I am Colleen and have taken care of dogs my whole life. I currently have a 10 month old puppy who is the sweetest, chillest pup in the world and LOVES other dogs. I also didn’t go out for the first few months since I felt too guilty to leave him overnight + I couldn’t find someone who stayed up late enough for me to just go to dinner or a concert and pick him up after. I’m currently between jobs, so felt like I could help address that gap! I’m happy to watch your pup for a few hours or for a few days and promise to send a ton of pics of them! If you have a pup, Vino is great for socialization efforts as he’s super playful but will also be submissive and lay on his back if there are shyer dogs. He’s also great at showing his friends there’s nothing to worry about. (Ie- my parents couldn’t take their dog to restaurants bc he was so out of sorts. Vino showed him how to just relax and get those belly rubs in ~1 hr). So, let me know if there’s anything he add to the experience! I have a very large roofdeck that dogs love running around and also plenty of time to walk them and take them on adventures. I stay up late and get up early, so pick up and drop off is at your convenience! We usually start the day with a long walk and then head up to the roof for coffee and bird watching. I’ve had blind senior dogs who needed injections and puppies who needed love every 5 minutes and am happy to cater to your individual dogs needs!

About: Long time pet owner and animal lover! I have experience with dogs and cats of all stages, including high energy breed (Huskies/German Shepherds/Labradors) puppies in the training phase to geriatric, special needs, and aggressive dogs. I adopted a Senior dog and cared for him through his golden years. In his old age, he was no longer comfortable with other dogs, became reactive, and needed special health care before he passed. I understand that certain dogs need more tailored care and I would love to provide that! For the past several years I've done in-home cat sitting for cats of all stages. I've taken care of special needs cats including geriatric and terminally ill that required medication administration, syringe feeding, and extra love and comforting. I have extensive experience taking care of dogs of all sizes and all activity levels. I love taking dogs on hikes and giving lots of pets! I work fully remotely and have a flexible schedule. Typically I'm in a few meetings in the morning and my afternoons are open for longer walks or hikes. I have a fully fenced back yard with a very walker friendly neighborhood with sidewalks. I have a large open floor plan where animals are welcome throughout. I'm happy to let furry friends throughout my house or I can accommodate crating needs.

About: I have always loved animals. We had several dogs and cats while I was growing up and I have had my own dog, Luna, since I graduated college. I work full time but have lots of flexibility throughout the day. I take my own dog on at least 2 walks each day that are an hour each. My dog is very friendly and gets along with dogs and cats. If staying in your home I will need to bring her along. She loves playing with friends.
