Even though when he was there he was fully healed he still had a tender tummy. When dropping them off it was reiterated back to me everything they’d do to ensure he was properly cared for. Audree was absolutely amazing! She was so welcoming to our doggo and kept us updated with plenty of pictures and messages throughout his stay, which we really appreciated. What stood out the most was how accommodating and flexible she was with our schedule. She went out of her way to work around our pickup and drop-off times, which made everything so much easier. You can tell she genuinely cares about the dogs she watches. We had a great experience and would 100% book with her again! Highly recommend!
Ahmed and Goomba were amazing!!! Ahmed’s very knowledgeable about dogs. He made me feel very comfortable at the start of our meet and greet. When I dropped Coal off for the Labor Day weekend, he ignored me when saying “Goodbye!” Coal was happy and excited to be there. During his stay, Ahmed provided updates daily. I would definitely let my dog stay with them again. His dog, Goomba (5), got a long with Coal (6 months) as well.
Karla is a wonderful caregiver! Our dog seemed to enjoy his time with her and her family and we’re so thankful to have a safe and caring family to care for our fur babies. Karla offers excellent communication with very easy and flexible pickup and drop off times. We’d love to send our pets to her in the future for another puppy vacation!
Paul was absolutely wonderful with our dogs while we were away for the week. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and we really appreciated the regular updates and pictures he sent throughout our trip. He stayed at our house so the dogs could remain in their normal environment, which made a huge difference in their comfort and routine. We came home to happy pups and a clean, well cared for house. Most importantly, it was obvious how much care and patience he showed them.
