“Molly took care of all my kitties with the upmost attention to detail, and provided me with detailed updates on how the kitties were doing while we were away for two weeks. I never had to worry about the kitties, she took care of them so well and I felt at ease while being away. I highly recommend! Thank you so much, Molly 😄”

“I've known Erica for YEARS. She's a truly kind, sweet person who genuinely loves animals 🩷. This was her first time watching my doggie, but hopefully won't be her last. Peanut loves Erica and her son so much! They took great care of her. I had one happy (and tired ☺️) baby when I got home!”

About: I’ve grown up around and taken care of pets my whole life, from itty bitty kittens to old dogs, and recently a bunny! I have two cats that are essentially my children, and I know that whenever I’m away from home I worry about them - I always take care of others’ pets the way I want mine to be treated. I work from home and make my own hours, so my daily routine is incredibly flexible. I’m comfortable staying with your pet as long as you’d like for drop-ins and walks! Taking care of pets includes respecting the space they live in, and by extension the space you live in! I know it’s weird to have a stranger in your home when you’re not there, so I’ll only mess with the stuff I have to in order to take good care of your pet, and whatever I don’t need to touch, I won’t. I’m comfortable administering medication to pets that need it, and I absolutely understand the need to accommodate pickiness. I’ll follow any instructions you leave me word-for-word, and make sure your pet gets to be as comfortable and safe as possible until its people get back home!

“I had such a wonderful experience with Emily! She cared for my two cats for 5 days while I was away visiting family. She was incredibly thorough during our meet and greet, taking detailed notes about the cats and asking clarifying questions about their care. She even offered to water my plants and check the mail while I was gone, which while not expected, was incredibly thoughtful and a huge help! After each check-in, she would send a detailed report of how each check-in went, and gave me cute updates and photos of the cats and their daily adventures! I would recommend Emily for anyone looking for pet care in the Roanoke area, she treats them like her own and is so incredibly detail-oriented. Truly above and beyond!”

“Relish did a great job with my girl, Basia, even if Basia wouldn't give her the time of day! Basia decided to be a shy girl, for once, and hide most of the time but she eventually came out to observe Aelish in her home from under the dining table. But, seriously, Aelish was very sweet and friendly, and responsive to my texts while cat-sitting. I would definitely use her again and would recommend her.”

Autumn B.
“Autumn is a dog whisperer. Probably a cat, chicken, snake and hamster whisperer too. She has cared for our 2 dogs and house numerous times while we were traveling. This included staying with our 2-year-old coon hound who had extreme anxiety issues at the time. Autumn managed like a pro. She even taught him to sit on the rug in front of the kitchen sink while she was cooking or working in the kitchen, a practice we reenforced and that he continues to this day. We are grateful to have such a kind, patient person to care for our sweet pups when we're away.”
