About: I've never lived in a house without cats, I absolutely adore them and am very experienced in caring for them. I've dealt with all levels of socialization, from super clingy to feral, so I'm super comfortable with varying personalities and comfort levels. I've also dealt with all ages, so I'm comfortable handling senior cats as well ask young kittens, I have experience with giving medication to special needs cats as well as bottle feeding kittens.

About: I began volunteering at my local animal shelter at the age of 9 and have been caring for animals ever since. I have 20 years experience pet sitting for neighbors and I have my own 6 year old pitbull, Cleo, so I’m no stranger to energetic dogs. I’m a teacher, so my summers give me full flexibility to care for your animals! I love to walk dogs on local greenways and trails. SCHOOL YEAR UPDATE: I’m still happy to provide boarding, walking, and drop in visits outside of school hours. I am unable to be home or care for pets from 7am-3pm each day. About: There have also been pets in my house and I have also made myself available to pet sit for friends and family. I am flexible in when and how to care for your smallest or largest family member. I am a runner so I would love to have a buddy join me on a run, jog, or even a walk. I can care for your pup at my house or your house which ever one you would be comfortable with. During the “meet and greet” Penny had us come in and take him straight to the fenced back yard where he could sniff around and go to the bathroom. Knowing about his anxiety, once we went back inside, Penny never tried to pet him, she just allowed him to get used to her being in the room. She was a very calming presence for him. Evan likewise was patient with him and allowed him the time it took to settle and get comfortable. About: I am a lover of animals! As someone who travels as well I know how it can feel to leave your fur babies so it is important that there is communication and love for them while you are gone! “Karlie was wonderful. I have an anxious little poodle, and Karlie gave me daily updates and pictures. Apparently Max fell right in with her family pack after a couple of days and was just fine. She even let him sleep in bed with her like he does at home. I know that settled his heart for sure. Big thank you to Karlie and her family for loving Max!”
