About: Hi! My name is Emma and I own a golden retriever who I’ve trained to do different tricks/obedience and to compete in dog sports. Through that I’ve earned tons of experience working with many different dog breeds. My family has owned multiple large dogs, including Great Pyrenees, making me reputable for watching a variety of breeds. I have also dog and cat sit regularly for many different neighbors and friends for 6 years now. I recently graduated high school and will be attending Appalachian State in mid August. Until then I’m free all day for multiple weeks and open to sit during fall and winter breaks. In my home I have a large fenced yard with two very friendly dogs! I have an extra room with a crate if needed or my bed along with my Golden if preferred. My two dogs have different feeding schedules so I’m adaptable to whatever the owner requests! I am also very happy to send pictures daily to make the owner feel more comfortable.

About: I’ve cared for animals my entire life, including dogs, cats, and horses. I previously worked as an equine veterinary technician and am comfortable with pets of all sizes and personalities. Growing up I did a lot of farm sitting and so I am used to juggling quite a few animals at a time. I currently have two cats, a dog, and a horse, so I understand how important it is to provide safe, loving, and dependable care. Because I work from home, I have the flexibility to accommodate different schedules and give pets the time and attention they deserve. Whether it’s a long walk, sticking to a feeding routine, or simply providing companionship, I’m able to be dependable and responsive. Spending time with animals is something I genuinely enjoy, and caring for them is a natural part of my everyday life. My goal is to make your pet feel comfortable, safe, and stress-free in their own environment. I am an extremely reliable person who has experience farm sitting and being extremely attentive to animals needs.

About: I have been taking care of family dogs and my neighbors dogs since I was 10. I also raised my puppy since she was 4 weeks old. I am currently not working so I have open availability preferably mornings and afternoons. I am willing to work around your schedule as well if needed. I have a big yard with a 6foot tall fence, so they have freedom in the backyard to play and run. I also am cautious with the animals when they are outside.

About: I have pet sat my whole life. I was the neighborhood dog watcher growing up and I never stopped. Most recently I dog sat for a family in blowing rock, by the time I was done with college, I had watched 5 other families pets on their street! I also grew up always having many animals. We have had horses, cats, dogs, bunnies and fish. My favorite pet sitting gig was out in harmony NC. I stayed a week on their farm and took care of this families 7 dogs and 5 horses! It was a dream. I have experience with youngins as well as looking after senior animals of all kind. I give very attentive care and lots and lots of love to each and every pet:) and I look forward to taking care of yours! This is currently my main gig at the moment, so my only schedule I work around is pet sitting. I have just moved back home from college and am looking for so extra cash while I look for a corporate job:) I care for the pets with a warm greeting and cuddles if they enjoy being pet. I do talk to them as well ahaha. I follow any and all instructions on feeding procedures and make sure they are going to the bathroom enough. Exercise is very important. Going for walks and playing. I will play with them until they are wore out! I truly love their company as much as they enjoy mine:)

I also care for my own dog and cat and have taken a course for personal use on understanding dog and cat body language, which helps me notice stress signals and respond appropriately. I have a flexible and mostly open schedule. I’m often available in the mornings, daytime, and evenings. Since my work hours are not fixed, I ask pet parents to message me to confirm a specific time. I reply quickly and can usually confirm availability the same day. In most cases, I’m able to accept requests. I focus on safety and attentive handling during walks. I completed a course for personal use on understanding dog and cat body language, which helps me recognize stress signals and respect each pet’s boundaries. I make sure walks are calm, structured, and safe, and I always follow the owner’s instructions.

About: I’ve been petsitting intermittently since 2014, when I started taking care of my neighborhood’s various dogs and cats to earn some extra cash in high school. Since then, I’ve found it to be a great way to help supplement my education while allowing me to spend time around a variety of wonderful animals.
