During the spring and summer, I house and nourish caterpillars until they turn into butterflies. Then they are released into the wild. Occasionally, I have my own appointments or family events, but will work with you to avoid any scheduling conflicts. I believe that trust, love, compassion, transparency and common sense are all required in animal care. Both you and your fur baby should be comfortable and trust your sitter. If time allows, I prefer meet and greets to ensure a proper fit. If a pet isn't comfortable with a sitter while their parents are around, they most likely won't be comfortable while their parents are away. I believe it is important to acknowledge and understand your pet's body language and needs. A pet is not just an animal, it's your family, and should be treated as such with care and respect. I will comply with your feeding/relief/medication schedule, because it's important to keep your baby on their own routine to avoid confusion, stress, and bowel issues.
