“Christopher took Everest on a bunch of walks and fun adventures! I can definitely tell she loves being dropped off with him and I have no concerns that she won’t be taken care of when I leave her with Christopher!”

“Thank you for hosting Izzy and accommodating her last minute. Sue made sure I was kept in the loop with Izzy throughout the day which made my day just as comfortable. Izzy enjoyed her time meeting Rusty and the kids plus running around being a puppy so thank you.”

“Rachel has such a warm and caring energy that I immediately felt at ease leaving my fur baby with a sitter for the first time. I hope to use Rachel as my only sitter in the future. Beautiful and clean home and she’s very knowledgeable about dogs”

About: A lover of animals of all sorts, I've rescued and cared for cats of my own for over 40 years. My family had dogs including a Beagle and a Lhasa Poo while I was growing up, and I'm the one who always says, "Can I say hi?!" when I see someone out walking their dog. I volunteered at Main Line Animal Rescue, Providence Animal Rescue, and pet store based cat rescues and have received dog handling and walking training. I am equipped and eager to provide your pets with quality time and care. I have groomed cats, walked the big dogs, and cleaned bunny litter. Clients, friends, and co-workers have been happy with my services and I enjoy connecting my work with one of my passions. If you scroll my photos, I admit I haven't cared for alpacas. But I'd love to learn how! I'd be happy to make your getaways, vacations, or travel for work less stressful for you by caring for your pets and home. I'm happy to give updates throughout visits, including photos or videos, and will give daily reports on food and treats, litter or potty time, and general behavior. I'm vaccinated and boosted. Please let me know if you'd like me to be masked when we meet. Happy to oblige! My schedule is flexible. Just let me know your needs and I'll do my best to make it work. Book ahead for the fall and winter holidays! Taking care of your pets in your home is a responsibility and a privilege, allowing your pets to have their safe spaces and comforts while you're away. If house-sitting or dropping in for care or walks, I'll follow your suggestions and directions to deliver the best possible care. I am mature, responsible, and experienced, so you can feel confident in my reliability.

“This was my first time being away from my puppy and John was great, gave me updates and some pictures throughout the day. Even cleaned the carrier for me when Lou Lou had a little accident, thank you again!”

About: I'm an avid dog lover. We have a 2-year-old mix breed who loves other dogs. We will treat your pet like an extension of our family I work full time but I have a hybrid schedule. I go into the office 2 days a week but the two days I'm in the office I'm home by 3:30 pm so your pet will not be left alone for a long time. I have a park near my house where your dog will get some exercise and fresh air. I don't have a fenced yard but a park nearby. I have a 9-year-old son who can't wait to assist me with walks, feeding, and playing. My two-year-old Onyx (mixed breed) is super friendly and awaiting a playmate.
“Thank you so much for looking after Griffin and Bandit for the day! I'm a very nervous dog mom and it's such a relief to know they have someone who they can hang with who will take very good care of them. I appreciate all the updates and pictures throughout the day it made me feel like I wasn't far away from them. ☺️”

“Donte was great with Blue. He really helped us out with a last-minute weekend daycare booking, and Blue was very excited to go back. We received photos and videos during his visits and we will definitely look to Donte for future daycare visits.”

“Yesterday Milo spent his first day with Mara—the beginning of a long happy relationship ( hopefully) ! He was so happy and playful in her home. She was so caring and attentive to him. About: Hi there! I’m a lifelong animal lover with over 15 years of experience, especially with large breeds, reactive dogs, and pups with special needs. I’ve worked with shelter dogs and understand how to care for animals that need a little extra patience, structure, or medical support. I currently live with a rambunctious lab and two curious cats, so I’m very used to a lively, pet-filled home. Whether your dog is staying for daycare, boarding overnight, or just dropping by for a walk, I’ll make sure they feel safe, loved, and well cared for. My home is pet-friendly with a fully fenced-in backyard—perfect for playtime and potty breaks. I also have experience administering medications, including for pets with ongoing health needs, and I’m comfortable accommodating special diets or routines. I truly enjoy walking and believe it’s more than just a potty break—it’s a chance for dogs to stretch their legs, explore, and get some fresh air and stimulation. I tailor each walk to your dog’s pace and energy level, whether they’re a slow sniffer or an energetic explorer. I’m happy to work with most dogs and want to provide the best possible care. Just let me know about any behaviors or needs in advance so I can be fully prepared. I look forward to meeting your furry family and making them feel right at home! I work from home, which allows me to give your pet plenty of attention throughout the day. Whether it’s letting them out for frequent potty breaks, enjoying playtime in the backyard, or making sure they stick to their regular feeding and medication schedule, I’m able to be fully present and responsive to their needs. My flexible routine means your pup will never be left alone for long, and I can easily adjust to accommodate their unique rhythms and preferences. Whether pets are staying in my home or I’m visiting them in theirs, I treat them like part of the family. In my home, dogs have plenty of space to relax and play, including access to a securely fenced backyard for safe outdoor time. I keep a consistent routine for meals, walks, and play, and I’m mindful of any special instructions, from medications to behavioral needs. In a client’s home, I do my best to maintain the pet’s normal routine to help them feel comfortable and secure while you’re away. I’ll follow your instructions closely, provide lots of affection and enrichment, and make sure their space stays clean and safe. My goal is always to keep your pet happy, healthy, and stress-free in your absence—whether they’re with me or in their own home.
About: I’ve been a pet owner of over 20 years, worked as a vet assistant at a local well-renowned animal hospital for several years (up until 2024), and have been an animal lover for my entire life. I have experience with puppies/kittens, BIG dogs, elderly dogs & cats, as well as those with special medical & behavioral needs. In addition, I have expertise regarding small animals such as birds, bunnies, fish, & reptiles. I’m well versed in the care of various species and can administer IV fluids, medication, as well as anything your pet may need while you’re away. If you’re looking for someone who can love your furry friend like family, all while catering to their specific needs, and treating you & your home with the utmost respect; then I am the girl for you! Please check out my reviews and feel free to message me with any questions or more details on what services I can provide for you & your loved one(s) 🐾 **please message me if your total before booking seems higher than what my rates are. Rover mistakenly overcharges a lot of the time, so pricing may not be initially accurate** I’m extremely flexible & am home all day. I’m an early-riser & often go to bed late, a perfect arrangement for all pets, especially those with anxiety & special needs. So your dog needs to be taken out at 5am? I’m your girl! Your cat needs medication at midnight? No problem there ☺️ I also have a pet care assistant, Robert, who is available to assist with supervision, feedings, walkings, and even grooming so your pet always gets the best and most extensive care possible. I don’t have a fenced in yard but I have a lot of land with local dog parks nearby. I have several cats in my home but am able to keep them confined to a different section of the house in case any of my clients are not cat friendly. I’m very well trained with walking all types of sizes and breeds of dogs, I have experience with administering medicine and IV fluids, and know generally about most animal species & care.
About: Hi there! I’m Barb, a lifelong animal lover who’s happiest when surrounded by wagging tails and purring cats! I’ve been part of the Rover community since 2018, caring for pets on the side while working my corporate job. In 2024, I finally followed my heart — I left the office life behind to care for animals full-time, and it’s been the best decision I’ve ever made! My husband and I are both huge animal lovers — honestly, if it were up to him, we’d have 10+ dogs and cats by now! 🐶🐱 Our shared love for animals fills our home with warmth, laughter, and plenty of fur (the best kind!). We recently moved to Glenolden, PA, and I’m so excited to offer a safe and playful space for your pets to enjoy. Our home features a fully fenced yard where pups can run, play, and soak up the sunshine while staying safe and supervised. We share our hearts and home with three amazing rescue babies — Haven, Oliver, and Tazzie — each with their own personality and charm. They’ve taught us so much about love, patience, and the special bond we share with our furry friends. Every pet I care for becomes part of my extended furry family. I take pride in creating a loving, stress-free experience — full of cuddles, playtime, and peace of mind for you. Whether it’s a walk, a visit, or an overnight stay, your pet will always be in caring, capable hands. I can’t wait to meet you and your furry crew! 🐾 Pet care is part of my everyday life! As a full-time pet sitter, I plan my days around the needs of the pets I care for. My flexible schedule means I can accommodate same-day and different times bookings. Always ask me and I will reply as soon as possible! I specialize in providing trustworthy and attentive pet care in the comfort of your homes since 2018. You can have peace of mind knowing that your pets are in caring hands. I like to focus on maintaining routine and comfort for each pet, I prioritize their well-being and happiness. I understand the value of a clean space and make it my mission to leave your home exactly as I found it. My extensive experience in house sitting/boarding has equipped me with the skills to handle any situation with professionalism and care, ensuring that both pets and homes are well looked after. Your trust is paramount, and I am dedicated to exceeding your expectations every time.
“Both my dogs had such a great time with Olga!! They both came home and went straight to sleep. She quickly responded to my request (even late at night) and sent me updates through the day so I knew my pups were safe. I highly recommend her for dog daycare/ sitting. Thanks again!”

“Shelby and Robbie did a fantastic job watching my baby fluff while I was gone for the day!! I got a video of him playing with their dogs! Loved that Max was able to play and run in their backyard and how friendly and amazing this couple is! Will definitely be booking with them again!!”

About: Your furbaby will be treated like one of my own! Hi, I'm Laurie and I would love to meet your 4 legged family member! I have raised and cared for animals of all kinds, breeds, sizes, ages, etc from a very young age. My many years of animal care experience includes owning and caring for animals with special needs (blind and deaf), puppy litters, senior pets, pups with behavior challenges (leash aggression, food guarding, separation anxiety, etc), and medication administration (insulin for diabetes, oral, and topical OTC and prescriptions). Whether caring for my own or when caring for pets of family and friends, your pet will be looked after the way you want without missing a beat. References are available ensuring your fur baby is cared for by a responsible and trusted animal lover of all. I PREFER TO WATCH ONE PUP (OR ANIMALS W IN ONE HOUSEHOLD) AT A TIME. THIS ENSURES YOUR FURBABYS SAFETY, AS OTHER SITTERS WILL ACCEPT MULTIPLE BOOKINGS AT A TIME AND MAY NOT ALWAYS KNOW EVERY PUPS TEMPERMENT AND/OR TOLERANCE TO NEW ANIMALS OUTSIDE THE HOME. YOUR PET WILL HAVE MY UNDIVIDED ATTENTION. As a consultant, (and student for MBA), I am able to set my own hours and days of the week. This allows for me to schedule you and your furry friend into my daily routine whether its for walks, doggy day care, potty drop in visits, care in your home house sitting, or boarding in my home while you are away. I currently work with a local rescue volunteering and providing emergency foster care when needed. I live in a home with yards front and back (unfenced). You pet will be leashed at all times to ensure their safety is always top priority. My neighborhood is very dog friendly with a dog park only blocks from my home. I am happy to follow whatever instructions are needed to keep your baby happy and healthy whether home or away. I am trained in animal CPR, can provide a crated environment if preferred or *in training, and take pride in knowing your pet (and home if applicable) will be in great hands whether you need a one time pet care provider, long term doggy day care, boarding or any combination in between. AS MENTIONED PREVIOUSLY, IF BOARDING WITHIN MY HOME, I PREFER ONE PUP (OR PUPS WITHIN THE SAME HOME) AT A TIME TO ENSURE NO ISSUES W PET AGGRESSION HAVING MULTIPLE PETS UNFAMILIAR WITH ONE ANOTHER UNDER THE SAME ROOF. YOUR PET WILL HAVE MY UNDIVIDED ATTENTION.
About: I have over 20 years of caring for dogs, cats and birds. I volunteer for an animal rescue and have fostered cats and dogs in the past, administered medicine, and socialized stray kittens to be adoptable. I’ve owned a Samoyed, Great Pyrenees, a pit bull mix and now a miniature Australian Shepherd. I’ve owned a cockatiel and a sun conure in the past so I’m familiar with caring for birds. The last 5 years, I worked for a pet insurance company where you can bring your pet to work but also learned of potential emergencies pets encounter and how to prevent them or take action quickly. I’m currently working from home so I’ll have the time to care for your pet, give them attention, treats and take walks throughout the day I have a fenced in yard and a friendly 30lb puppy who would love a friend for the time you are gone. Bones, lick mats and Kongs are offered throughout the day.

Shelby and Robbie were super accommodating and so communicative at the last minute to watch our golden retriever. They have a great fenced yard and couldn’t be nicer. Robbie sent pics of our dog and kept us posted on how she was doing. She seemed to enjoy her stay for the day. I recommend Shelby and Robbie.

She sent us lots of updates and pictures about his day, his activity, meal/snacks etc! We are grateful and highly recommend! Milo can’t wait to go back!

Lufei and Alex took amazing care of Lily! She was so happy to go back each day of her doggy daycare stay and was clearly super comfy, napping in all the sun spots and cuddling. We loved the adorable pictures and updates throughout the day. We will absolutely book again!
