“This was my first time leaving my dog, Aldo, for such a long period, so I was honestly a bit nervous at first. The first couple of days were the hardest for me, and I found myself checking in often. Donte was very understanding and kept me updated, which really helped. After the first few days, I started receiving regular videos, pictures, and even video calls, and that made a huge difference. I could see Aldo was not just okay, he was actually having a great time. He’s normally the only dog at home, but during his stay, he had other dogs to interact with and played and enjoyed himself. It honestly felt like he was the one on vacation, not me. Aldo is a 12-year-old senior dog and can be a picky eater, so I was concerned about how he would adjust. Donte was very patient with him and made sure he was comfortable. When I picked him up, Aldo was completely himself, calm, normal, and clearly well taken care of. That meant a lot to me. I also really appreciated the home environment. There were always people around, which helped Aldo feel more at ease since he’s used to that at home. Overall, I’m very grateful for the care and attention Aldo received. You can tell Donte genuinely cares about the dogs he watches. I would definitely trust him again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and caring sitter.”

My home is located around the corner from the Lanier dog park. I do have two friendly doggies that love other dogs and to keep your pets company. This is all I do now, and I love it! My only job is pet care. I previously worked 5 1/2 years at a Full-service pet boarding and daycare facility. I have given medicine,diabetes shots, accommodated special needs doggies and special diets. If your baby needs their own space we have an empty room they can make their own sanctuary. If your dog needs to be crated we can do that also. I understand and respect that it is a struggle to leave your pet in the care of a new person. I will do everything I can to make both you and your pet feel comfortable in my care. I make sure to keep their water bowls full, and their tummies happy. About: Hello! Meet a terrier trapped in a human body. I am an absolute lover of all dogs from the cutest little teacup to the biggest mastiff. I have always had a dog throughout my adult life. My past dogs have been adopted as puppies and as adult rescues, each of which requires a unique set of skills and responsiveness. You can trust that whether you have an energetic bundle of playfullness or a reserved, quiet couch buddy, they will receive an abundance of love and care from me. I match animals where they are and respond to what they need from me. Over my lifetime, I have cared for all kinds of animals, from cats, dogs, birds, fish and backyard chickens, to more exotic animals like chameleons, red-eared slider turtles, guinea pigs and other rodents, and even sheep, goats, and horses. I am currently a pet parent to two foster cats turned adopted felines, two guinea pigs, and two turtles. Being around animals brings me a deep sense of joy, peace, and fulfillment, and it is my utmost goal to return that same feeling to the animals in my life. I work part-time from home in Swarthmore, PA. As an animal lover who just can't get enough, I want to add pet-stting and dog-walking to my schedule to fill that well of animal love I already have. In rare instances, I will not be able to accept same-day requests, but otherwise, I should be able to meet your needs. Currently, I am taking drop in or occasional visits only. I am unable to add weekly walks or visits, but I can definitely fill in while you find the right sitter or help when your regular sitter is unavailable. As the owner of many types of animals with many different needs, I understand that caring for your pet in exactly the way you ask me to is of utmost importance. I will enter you home, approach your animal/s, provide care, and exit in the exact way you ask me to. About: A lover of animals of all sorts, I've rescued and cared for cats of my own for over 40 years. My family had dogs including a Beagle and a Lhasa Poo while I was growing up, and I'm the one who always says, "Can I say hi?!" when I see someone out walking their dog. I volunteered at Main Line Animal Rescue, Providence Animal Rescue, and pet store based cat rescues and have received dog handling and walking training. About: I’ve been a pet owner/parent since I was a child. I’ve owned Pugs, Frenchies, Rotties, Great Danes and even mixed breeds from puppies to seniors. This has given me the knowledge to understand that all pups are different and may need different attention depending on their stage of life, but rest assured all pups will receive safe, reliable and loving care. At this time caring for your pet is my only job so I’ll have plenty of time to play with and care for your pups! I’m available for boarding with a drop off window between 9:30am and 7:30pm weekdays, with the exception of 5:30-6pm which is typically when I like to feed the pups unless instructed otherwise. I like to allow about an hour and a half of rest after eating for proper digestion before any playtime. Checkout should be no later than 10:00am, or you will be charged the daycare fee for that day and your pet must be picked up by 6pm.. On weekends drop off times are after 2pm but there may be an opportunity for some flexibility that can be discussed if an earlier time is needed. Daycare hours will run 8:30am to 6pm Monday to Friday. “PLEASE NOTE” that all pets must be up to date with shots and flea and tick meds for daycare and boarding. Proof will be required. Your pets safety is very important to me which is why I require dog friendly pets only and no puppies under 5 months. If you are unsure of how your pet will handle boarding I suggest trying a couple days of daycare to get them adjusted. At no time will your pet ever be left alone in the yard or unattended in my home. If something comes up and I need to run an errand, your pet will be crated/pen for safety. I have central air to keep the pets cool and if your pup feels a bit overwhelmed at first while boarding by my resident dogs, I can offer separation if needed.
About: I’ve had two of my own dogs and fostered 4 puppies. I’m definitely a hands off kind of sitter, i let the dog come to me on their own terms. I have had high and low energy dogs and enjoy both. I adore dogs and need them in my life but i don’t want to my own right now. Your dog helps me keep my day moving. I have a door to the patio outside of my office/bedroom. The only issue would be dogs who can’t do stairs. We have a pee spot in the patio if it’s really bad weather.
About: Just over a year ago I've had the experience and joy to care of my friends dog. I was able to take her home for a month and make sure she well loved. We walked, played, did some tricks and got to enjoy each other company. Ever since then I've always been fascinated about dogs especially huskies they are my favorite! Don't get me wrong I love other dogs as well, especially the ones who waggles their tail in excitement! One day I will have a dog of my own and be able to nourish and care for it the same way I'm able to do with other dogs today. But until then I will continue to play and love each dog equally. By 14 began pet sitting ranging from puppies at 8 months to senior dogs at 17 years old. I have cared for many of my neighbors pets that includes cats, hedgehogs, and hamsters. As I got older, I became braver and currently have two snakes. I am home full time and typically start my day with a morning walk which is always more appreciated with a four legged friend or two. In my care I offer daily updates and photos. For check-ins I typically stay for an hour to ensure the pets are well taken care of as well as provide extra walks or play time for the more energetic.

About: I've grown up with dogs my whole life I've had to attend dog behavioral training classes with multiple dogs over the years of owning them with family. As an adult I've never had the privilege of owning my own dog only cats. But I've always been the one to help family members when they go away walks & pet siting. I work in the elder care system but trying to find a balance of Harmony. With my active lifestyle and fond affection for The Great outdoors I miss the company of dogs I don't have the means or time to own my own I would like an opportunity to be able to explore new areas of my local neighborhood and getting exercise. I do care for a cat though, she is not my own. But she is welcomed in my apartment she owns this house. And I only just pay the rent.

She is always punctual and communicative when the schedule needs to change. I appreciate that she always sends pictures and updates of how the pups are doing and keeps me posted of their shenanigans like when they got into their wet food the other day. She even cleaned it up and put the food away for me. If you are looking for someone to take care of your pups I highly recommend Chen! She is great!”
About: I’ve taken care of my own, and friends’ dogs as well as cats since I was young. Large, medium, or small, I love them all. I’m a high school teacher, so I have plenty of free time to spend with your pets in the summer. I’m reliable, punctual, and responsible. My two dogs have a fenced in yard and get walked daily. Just like humans, mental and physical stimulation is essential for our beloved pets.

“This was my first time leaving my dog, Aldo, for such a long period, so I was honestly a bit nervous at first. The first couple of days were the hardest for me, and I found myself checking in often. Donte was very understanding and kept me updated, which really helped. After the first few days, I started receiving regular videos, pictures, and even video calls, and that made a huge difference. I could see Aldo was not just okay, he was actually having a great time. He’s normally the only dog at home, but during his stay, he had other dogs to interact with and played and enjoyed himself. It honestly felt like he was the one on vacation, not me. Aldo is a 12-year-old senior dog and can be a picky eater, so I was concerned about how he would adjust. Donte was very patient with him and made sure he was comfortable. When I picked him up, Aldo was completely himself, calm, normal, and clearly well taken care of. That meant a lot to me. I also really appreciated the home environment. There were always people around, which helped Aldo feel more at ease since he’s used to that at home. Overall, I’m very grateful for the care and attention Aldo received. You can tell Donte genuinely cares about the dogs he watches.
