About: I have worked at the pet shop in town for almost 4 years. I have learned a lot about nutrition and am here to help with that as well. I have always loved dogs & animals. I have 3 dogs now and use to have cats growing up. I have always helped family/ friends with their pets. My cousins would call me “ the dog whisperer” I am very patient and understanding- a dog sometimes is anxious just like us humans. I think taking time out of the day and using interactive toys is so important for stimulation and keeping them busy. I usually am off on sunday & tuesdays. I typically work in the morning until 3pm. Can do walks/feed them/ check in’s on the dogs after work and most likely before work. I have lots of grass outside & a gate inside.I would play with them outside, make sure they have a harness and a longer line ( so they are safe)& take them for walks. I can brush the dogs as well. I do prefer to stop at the clients house. I have 2 dogs at my house - it can be a lot. In the clients house I would first make sure the dog goes outside to the bathroom upon arrival. I would take them for a walk, play with the dogs outside( depending on the gate situation) Make sure they have lots of water, food & i can brush them.

I have decades of experience caring for animals of all kinds, from puppies and kittens to seniors pets and those with illness and special needs. I am skilled with giving meds, including oral meds, eye drops and insulin injections, to both cats and dogs, and can usually trim a pet nails, if needed. I have engaged in formal, professional obedience training with own my dogs and would be happy to use what i learned to help reinforce some basic training with your dog(s) as well! I own a home-based retail business, but have a fairly flexible schedule. Let me know when you need services and I can usually fit it in to my day or evening. I listen carefully and will follow each client's instructions and preferences, and can reinforce any training the pet is being given. I would care for your pet as if they were my own.

Dog sitting lets me hangout with furry friends sure, but more importantly lets you feel secure knowing a fellow canine lover is looking out for your dog or dogs.
