About: I’ve been surrounded by animals my entire life, and dogs have always had a special place in my heart! Growing up, my family had dogs, horses, goats, chickens, cats, birds, fish—you name it. Caring for animals has always been second nature to me, and over the years I’ve become the go-to pet sitter for friends and family whenever they go on vacation. I understand that every dog is unique, whether they’re full of energy and love long walks or prefer cuddles and a relaxing day at home. My goal is to make your pup feel safe, loved, and comfortable while you’re away by keeping their routine as normal as possible. You can expect plenty of playtime, belly rubs, potty breaks, and lots of love and attention. I treat every dog as if they were my own and will keep you updated so you can enjoy your time away with peace of mind, knowing your furry family member is in good hands! I currently work full-time from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM and have an hour commute each way. Because of this, I offer boarding for pets who are comfortable being alone for an extended period during the workday. I am fully available on weekends and can dedicate plenty of time to your furry family members! I also offer evening dog walks and drop-in visits after work. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions about my schedule or your pet’s specific needs—I’m happy to accommodate whenever possible! Your pet will be welcomed into a safe, loving home away from home! I live in a top-floor apartment with carpeted stairs and plenty of windows, perfect for curious pups who love to look outside and watch the world go by. There’s also a private dog park directly across the street from my complex, giving your dog a great place to play and burn off some energy. My neighborhood is quiet and pet-friendly, making it ideal for long walks and plenty of sniffing adventures. I make sure every pet gets lots of attention, playtime, potty breaks, and, of course, treats (with owner approval!). My goal is to make your pet feel comfortable, loved, and cared for while you’re away, treating them like part of my own family.
About: I've been taking care of dogs & cats my entire life. I have experience as a vet assistant. Animals are my passion and not only do I love providing a loving home for my animals but I also know how hard it is to balance work and life in general when you have pets so I want to be able to care and help you with your fur babies as well! I'm currently only working part time so I have a lot of free time to care for your fur babies ! My schedule is pretty open so on my days off I can take last minute requests . I also enjoy being outdoors even if it's just sitting in the backyard with the dogs I have a fenced in yard with a loving yellow Labrador ! Your pup will have fun and will stay safe with plenty of exercise! I do not go on walks without a leash or without your consent.

“Our 8-month old pup had a great stay. Being a puppy, she can definitely be a handful but she seemed to enjoy her time with Nancy, Mark and their dog. They sent plenty of photos and video updates, which we really appreciated since it was our first time having our dog away from us. We’ll definitely be having her stay with them again.”

“Meredith was just amazing. She handled my crazy dog along with her family and dogs like a champ. My pup seemed to greatly enjoy herself. Along with a happy pup, my dog came home with a few more manners. We will use her in the future for sure. 😊”

“From the start Bernice communicated effectively. She took on a last minute week long boarding. She called me which I appreciated and met up with me for a meet and greet. She flooded my phone with pictures of Ruby daily. Her backyard is like a dog park. There were several other little fur babies that Ruby loved playing with. Many thanks Bernice!”

“I recently boarded my dogs with Jesseeka, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! She was absolutely fantastic—sending plenty of pictures, responding quickly to any questions, and making sure my dogs were well cared for. She even gave them baths, which was such a thoughtful touch! One of my dogs is quite skittish, and she went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable. Another has some behavioral quirks, and she handled him with patience and skill. It’s clear she truly cares about the dogs she watches. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and professional pet sitter. I’ll definitely be booking with her again!”

“April is great! Our dog is shy at first but April and her pack made him feel at home. She spent quality one on one time with him and I’m so appreciative of that! She is a phenomenal dog sitter and we’re definitely going to use her pet sitting services again! Thanks for everything April!”

“My little Delilah felt right at home when we had our Meet and Greet. I had no concerns about leaving her with Madelyn after that. She was still excited to see me when I picked her up, but not so excited that I worried she wanted to leave and had a bad time. I have no doubts that Delilah was well cared for while I was away!!”
“Sue and David were very attentive to some unexpected needs our dog had during his stay with them. We were grateful for their concern and extra communication. Very kind people who have two good dogs and a beautiful place.”

“You guys were excellent thank you thank you thank you for taking wonderful care of my baby. I love all of the pictures and the videos will definitely use you guys in the future.”

“First time using Rover and Jacob made it easy. He invited me for a meet and greet before booking so I could see his place and see where my dog was gonna be for the weekend. You can tell he loves dogs and I had no problem leaving my dog, Flynn, with him. He sent me pictures and updates throughout the stay which was really nice. We will definitely book Jacob again next time we go out of town.”

About: I've always had pets. I've had a dog every year of my life since I was born. I love their different personalities, breeds and interactions. I currently have 3 of my own, Bentley, Bailey and Scooby-Doo. Each of them is different from the other and I wouldn't change any of them. I am available currently Friday-Sunday. I have pets of my own and we play and exercise together. I love animals so much, I enjoy helping and playing with others. I have a small fenced in area for little dogs, which is where all 3 dogs of mine are. All 3 are playful and friendly.
About: I have taken care of animals my whole life. Family and friends have relied on me for decades to take care of their animals. Growing up on a farm helped give me a lifelong affinity for animals. I’m a teacher who is off all summer. I have plenty of time to fill and would love to look after your animals, either in my home, as a drop in, or just a walk. I have a fenced in backyard, two amazing labs who love other dogs, and a wife and daughter who love dogs as much as I do.

Many sitters in IN ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
