About: My husband and I live in a well taken care of home in Portage IN. We also have 2 children ages 6 and 4 years old so dogs we watch must be good with small children. We never leave our children unsupervised with the dogs always make sure they are respectful with dogs. My yard is rather large (approx. .30 acres) and with a 6 foot wood privacy fence. I volunteer for local animal shelters and have fostered many times for Lakeshore Paws in Valparaiso IN. Also, knowing that they are a part of our families and to help soothe them in the transition as well as fur parents when they need to leave Currently I am a College student and this fits into my schedule well and I have flexibility and that's why I love it. I am now off for the Summer and even though I go back in the fall I work around my online classes. I have 2 dogs of our own and a cat. Realizing they have individual needs and they love the safe space of their own home it is important to me to provide that care that you specifically may need for them. You know this and I have so many that suffer from Anxiety or Seniors that do better in their own homes. That is what I am here for...whether they require so many walks per day or snuggles or play time
About: Me and my husband has had dogs for majority of my life .I had a cocker spaniel growing up and my husband grew up with Akitas as he’s more of the big dog type lol . As of now we have a 6 month old Akita .Shes our world and extremely spoild , so we understand the importance of keeping your dog while you’re gone so he/she won’t feel alone .Also we will give your fur baby the same love and care as we give ours . About: I have 15 years' experience caring for many dogs including but not limited to senior dogs, dogs that need meds, and dogs with high energy needs. I also have 8 years' experience with rescue horses, and a further 1 year of experience working with rabbits. I am available Friday afternoons through Tuesday evenings. I will make time to care for your dog and make sure that they are happy and healthy. At this time, I am not offering in-home services. I do have a 6-year-old German Shepherd. Luna is only 6 months old, has a lot of energy, is not fully trained and I'm sure was a handful for someone to walk in day-one and manage, But she did above and beyond. She brought toys and puzzles, made sure Luna was fed and properly walked. She updated me on how the walks went, when she arrived and left, told me about the other dogs Luna got to meet along the walks and seemed totally joyful and sincere about spending time with my sweet girl. About: I have taken care of animals for as long as I can remember! I I’ve taken a vocational course for veterinary & I’ve have pets of my own! I’m also working towards becoming a groomer so this is something to get my foot in the door of giving myself even more experience than I already have! When I come to take care of, play with, and walk your animal I will dedicate my time to loving them as if they were my own! When in your home, I would love to take your fur babies for walks, to dog parks, anything you already do with them to make them the most comfortable! I would also love to spend time with your cats, feed them, play with them, my cats especially love the laser toy/ any hanging string! I will respect your home, whatever rules or things you typically have or want followed will be respected! I’m more than happy to ask any questions if I don’t understand something so they’ll be no missed communication! I want to make you and your furry babies as happy and as satisfied as possible! I'm currently working part-time, so I'll have plenty of time to play with your pups! I'm weekday’s and on weekends. Weekdays will typically be from 12pm-2:30, the times may change to longer hours depending on my job! Weekends: Saturday anytime throughout the day. Sunday: 4-10pm. I will take care of your pets based on your rules! If there’s a specific time you always feed your animal I will do the time asked for! When it comes to safety, safety is most important for me and your animal! I will keep your number in reach at ALL TIMES! If I notice the dogs getting aggressive i’ll try to calm the dog. If you have a fenced backyard i’ll make sure I watch your animal as they use the restroom or even just play around and keep an eye out for any signs of danger!
About: Hi, my name is Lindsey! I have been around dogs ever since I was a little girl, but have been caring for animals on my own since I was 16. Dogs are surely my passion as I hope to open up a dog daycare or boarding facility some day. About: I have had a lot of experience since my teens and I continue to have a constant bond with animals. My newest edition is a Bern doodle. About: We have always had pets (Mostly Dogs) growing up and have never met a dog or cat that didn't like us. We are the type of people that animals (Fur Babies) just feel at ease with. From the smallest of toy and lap dogs to the much larger Great Danes and Mastiffs. We will always get along, even the dog that nobody can handle and scares them. My patients never wears thin and eventually all, even the most stubborn pet warms up to me. Any pet under our supervision will always be taken care of from walks, to alone time to calm their nerves if need be but NEVER neglected. We truly believe that your Dogs and/or Cats should and will be treated just you would. Thanks, Between my wife and I we are essentially available 24/7. And hope to accommodate any ones schedule. Our routine will be scheduled around whatever is needed We have a full half acre completely fenced in (Wooden privacy fence). And of course whatever it is you and your dogs like enjoy we will accommodate.
“Daryl boarded our dog from the 23rd through the 24th and she was amazing! Our dog is, for the most part, very high maintenance and craves personalized attention and that is what he got for two days being with Daryl. We had looked at other boarders, ones with other dogs, ones with various other animal types, kids etc... and just watching Chief interact with Daryl was incredible. He immediately took to her and to the environment, was playing, jumping and even napping almost right away. We were sent photos consistently while we were away and just seeing him happy and playful and even how tired he was was a wonderful sight. We would definitely recommend anyone who is looking to have their dog boarded to consider Daryl, especially if they require more personal attention. She did great!!”

About: I've always had pets. I've had a dog every year of my life since I was born. I love their different personalities, breeds and interactions. I currently have 3 of my own, Bentley, Bailey and Scooby-Doo. Each of them is different from the other and I wouldn't change any of them. I am available currently Friday-Sunday. I have pets of my own and we play and exercise together. I love animals so much, I enjoy helping and playing with others. I have a small fenced in area for little dogs, which is where all 3 dogs of mine are. All 3 are playful and friendly.
