“Moppet really enjoyed his time with Bernice and playing with the other dogs his size in Bernice's beautiful back yard. He is looking forward to spending Thanksgiving with her and Cheddar. Bernice sent several pictures of him. Not only did he look happy and playful, but she actually got some really good pictures of him! (When I get out my phone to take pictures of Moppet, he turns his back to me like he doesn't want his picture taken.)”

“Jordan and her family took excellent care of my guy, even on short notice. She seemed willing to provide as many updates as necessary to make me feel comfortable, and was very enthusiastic describing their day and how he was acting. Couldn't have hoped for a better board!”

“Nancy is wonderful! She’s always quick to respond and has been very accommodating when I’ve needed to book on short notice. My senior dog needs frequent potty breaks, and she’s great about making sure he gets outside as often as he needs. She keeps me updated on his status throughout his visit and ensures he’s well cared for.”

“Thank you for doing such an amazing job. I was so impressed. We will definitely be booking again. Jack had so much fun and I can tell he was well taken care of. We can’t thank you enough.”

“Angela was sweet and kind to my boy. I think Rover expects caregivers to update daily and include pics. Angela did this multiple times daily. Overwhelming comfort knowing your pet is comfortable and cared for so lovingly. We’ll be using Angela for our extended vacation in a couple weeks!”

“Cathy is so lovely and caring. She has watched our pups in last minute situations and has been wonderfully accommodating. I think one of the dogs might break his tail from wagging it so hard with excitement when we pull into her driveway. Thank you Cathy!”

“Jess was able to take our doggie on short notice during spring break and we’re so grateful! She sent daily updates, even several times a day. She was very quick to answer questions and texts so communication was always great. We’ll definitely will continue to use her. Highly recommend”

“We went on a week long vacation with our dog in April’s care. We always knew our pet was cared for and loved. April did an excellent job updating us with pics and status updates. I’m pretty sure our dog had a better time than we did! We will 100% have April watch our pet next time!”

“Heather took great care of our girl, Ella, while we were away for a week! She sent daily updates and lots of photos. Heather was very responsive and accommodating and when our flight home was delayed!”

About: I've been taking care of dogs & cats my entire life. I have experience as a vet assistant. Animals are my passion and not only do I love providing a loving home for my animals but I also know how hard it is to balance work and life in general when you have pets so I want to be able to care and help you with your fur babies as well! I'm currently only working part time so I have a lot of free time to care for your fur babies ! My schedule is pretty open so on my days off I can take last minute requests . I also enjoy being outdoors even if it's just sitting in the backyard with the dogs I have a fenced in yard with a loving yellow Labrador ! Your pup will have fun and will stay safe with plenty of exercise! I do not go on walks without a leash or without your consent.
“Excellent care. Our senior dog was well cared for while staying with Barbara. Daily updates and photos let us know our pup was happy. Highly recommend Barbara and we will definitely book again!”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Hobart
We had a great experience with Serena and her family while our dog, Stella, stayed with them for eight days. From the start, it was clear Stella was in a warm and welcoming environment, and she quickly settled right in. Serena and her family were incredibly kind and gracious, and it really showed in how happy and comfortable Stella was during her stay. It gave us a lot of peace of mind knowing she was being well cared for and treated like part of the family. One of the highlights was that Stella even came home having learned a few new tricks! It’s obvious that Serena goes above and beyond, not just looking after the dogs but actually spending quality time with them. We’re very grateful for the care Stella received and wouldn’t hesitate to book with Serena again. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and attentive pet sitter!
