About: Animals have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I’ve grown up with dogs my entire life, including a Black Lab, Miniature Pinscher, Rottweiler, and German Shepherd. Being around such different breeds has taught me that every dog has their own personality, energy level, quirks, and way of showing you what they need. I also have hands-on experience caring for dogs in my family. I regularly help care for my sister’s two dogs—a 1-year-old Corgi and a 13-year-old English Bulldog. Having both a young, energetic dog and a senior dog has given me an appreciation for how different their needs can be. One may want to play, explore, and keep you moving, while the other may need a slower pace, extra patience, comfort, and a little more attention. I also frequently care for a French Bulldog in my family when his dad needs someone he trusts to look after him. I truly enjoy getting to know each dog individually and learning their routines, personalities, favorite activities, and little quirks. I also have experience caring for Ozzie, my mom’s boyfriend’s 7-year-old Whoodle. Spending time with Ozzie has given me even more experience caring for an adult dog with his own personality, routines, and preferences. I enjoy taking the time to learn what makes each dog comfortable and happy rather than assuming every dog needs the same type of care. And of course, I can’t forget Mochi, my boyfriend’s approximately 5-year-old Chihuahua-Terrier mix. Mochi is another special part of my life and has given me even more experience getting to know a dog’s individual personality, routines, habits, and quirks. Caring for him has also taught me that sometimes the smallest dogs have the biggest personalities! What makes pet care special to me is that I don't look at it as simply a job or a checklist of feeding, walking, and letting a pet outside. Your pets are family, and I want them to feel safe, comfortable, loved, and cared for while you're away. I’m naturally very patient, attentive, and nurturing with animals. I pay attention to the little things—whether a dog needs some extra exercise, some quiet time, reassurance in a new situation, or simply someone to sit beside them and give them some love. I’m also comfortable giving pets the time and space they need to warm up to me rather than expecting them to immediately feel comfortable. Whether your pup is a playful youngster, a laid-back senior, or somewhere in between, I’ll take the time to understand what makes them happy and make their care feel as close to home as possible. And because I’m a lifelong animal lover, I genuinely believe that four little paws come with a whole lot of love—and deserve a whole lot right back. My schedule is currently flexible, which allows me to dedicate plenty of time and attention to the pets in my care. I’m able to accommodate walks, drop-in visits, and pet sitting throughout the week, including weekends when available. I’m happy to work with each pet’s individual routine and make sure they receive the attention, exercise, companionship, and care they need. I communicate openly with pet parents and do my best to be dependable and flexible with scheduling. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness are my top priorities. Whether I’m caring for your pet in your home or visiting for a walk or drop-in, I treat your home and your pets with the same care and respect I would want for my own. Before caring for a pet, I like to learn about their normal routine, personality, feeding schedule, exercise needs, medications if applicable, favorite activities, and anything that helps them feel comfortable. I’m patient with pets who may be shy or take some time to warm up to someone new, and I pay close attention to their behavior so I can recognize when something seems different. I’m also very mindful about doors, gates, leashes, feeding instructions, and keeping pets safely supervised. I grew up surrounded by cats and dogs of all breeds, sizes and ages, from playful puppies to sweet seniors, so I'm comfortable with all kinds of personalities and needs. Today I have a 5-year-old Golden Retriever and a 5-year-old cat. They grew up together and are honestly best friends (yes, they cuddle 🐶🐱) I'm a true animal lover at heart, and my dream is to one day open my own animal rescue. Until then, I'd love to visit and walk your furry family member and give them all the love they deserve! 💛 I'm a full-time mom, so my schedule is very flexible and I can easily fit visits and walks into the day. I love being outdoors as much as possible, so your dog will get plenty of fresh air and exercise with us! 🌳🐾 I only offer drop-in visits and walks, so your pet stays in the comfort of their own home 🏡 During visits, I follow your routine as closely as possible: feeding, fresh water, medications if needed, litter box cleaning for cats, and of course lots of playtime and cuddles. I always keep an eye on how they're eating, behaving and feeling, and I'll let you know right away if anything seems off. For walks, I adapt the pace and length to your dog's energy, age and needs, whether that's a calm stroll around the block or a more active outing at the park. About: I’ll take care of your beloved pet as if they were my own — with love, kindness and patience. Most of all, I will be sensitive to their needs and limitations (i.e. making sure pavement is not too hot, monitoring them for cold/ heat exposure, etc.) I will make time to fit you and your pet's schedule to walk your dog at the optimal time. Flexible with regard to weather, esp. for pets who are sensitive to heat and cold. During each walk I am prepared to keep your pet safe and protect them from other animals and traffic depending on where we walk by carrying bear spray, air horn, head harness, water bowl, or whatever the situation calls for. I am à school speech therapist and have limited availability. Right now I am willing to take on 1-2 clients per day. About: I'm a teacher, looking for an excuse to get outside and love on someone's pets! I love all pets, big, small, scaly or furry! I have raised and nurtured shy greyhounds, rambunctious puppies, and cats. I have two cats of my own. I have boarded and walked dogs since I was in high school. I have special experience with senior dogs as Ive cared for many with unique needs. You know your pet best, so I will follow all directions and care instructions. I am a full time educator that is off for the summer (Late June through September) with a few exceptions I can be available all day. During the school year, Im available after 3pm. I have safety procedures in place for escapees, I have two crates and other tools to keep your pet safe. It is the utmost priority.

About: I have experience with both younger dogs and elderly dogs. I have specifically worked with senior dogs, who required special care getting around, keeping track of their medication schedule, and their diets. I'm currently working part time and remotely, so I'll have a lot of time to spend with your dogs. I also enjoy taking walks, so I'll make sure your dogs are getting the outside time they need! I have a large fenced in yard at my home, along with plenty of dog toys. I can also crate your dog if needed. There are also a few trails nearby which are easy and engaging for dogs to walk through.
